A man who worked as a teacher in Hawaii was sentenced to 17 years in prison for producing child pornography after he mocked and railed against conservatives online accusing the left of harboring pedophiles.

35-year-old Alden Bunag was convicted of distributing videos of himself having sex with a former student who was 13 years old at the time. In addition to the prison time, Bunag must pay $30,000 in restitution and serve 15 years of supervised release.

Prior to the arrest, Bunag spewed hatred against conservatives and specifically accused them of secretly being pedophiles while tossing accusations against their political opponents.

"You're f***ing acting like we want to show kids porn or something, but something I've learned through the years is that whenever right-wingers accuse others of something, it's DEFINITELY because they're projecting," he wrote in a tweet.

In another missive, he proclaimed that he was helping destroy Western civilization by "trying to tear down gender roles and subtly instill socialist values into my high schoolers and elementary kids."

He also defended the use of books extolling the LGBTQ agenda in public schools against critics who said they were inappropriately sexual.

That account has since been suspended.

Federal prosecutors said that Bunag sent more than 3,300 messages to a teacher in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, many of which contained photographs and videos of child pornography. That teacher was arrested in October.

He worked as a summer school teacher at Pearl City High School and also at other schools in Hawaii. He identified himself as a socialist on social media.

“Bunag’s sentence reflects the horrendous nature of the crimes he committed, including against a child for whom the classroom became a place of torture rather than learning and nurturing,” read a statement from U.S. attorney Clare E. Connors.

Bunag is also facing charges for sex with a minor, and a plea deal is expected in that case as well.

Here's more about the conviction:

Likely he'll be among fellow pedalos in some sort of segregation unit. It'll be mild and not the execution he deserves.

Lmao not any more.

Being locked up Hawaii must be especially depressing. Catching glimpses of palm trees and sunny paradise just past your concrete box is probably more painful than seeing arid wasteland or homogenous fields. I also frequently hear that prisons usually have serious AC issues so you get to cook in the summer with none of the upsides.

I find it strange our society has such significant disgust for pedos yet they just get these kiddie sentences.
Well, two points.

1. You do something about it. Its not easy is it, you are powerless, as are most people. You are subject to whatever your government wants, and you have no power. People will even say dumb shit like "take him into the woods, kill him", but those faggots are always expecting SOMEONE else to do it, because they do not want to eat a murder charge. (similar to the cope of "in jail, pedos suffer". No, they dont. Do you want to add 5 years to your sentence just to smack up a pedo? no, most prisoners want to get out ASAP).

2. People are mostly passive. They could make some actual changes, not at a legal level or changing legislation, but rejecting things that promote it. How many years have we known that Mindgeek and its porn sites have profited from kiddie porn? yet people will not give it up. Its easier to post online how much you hate them, than make actual changes that might cause a real change. The "kill all pedos" are no different from the turds whos entire activism consists of twitter posting about social issues.

Thats my 2 chips anyway.

They do, though. While they don't get outright murdered as often, they're generally kept in something like solitary or surrounded by similar perverts at best. Protective custody isn't fun. When they get out, they're relegated to the edges of society.

They don't even get the relative cameraderie of shit like ramen prison pizza parties.

You could argue they don't suffer enough, but suffer they do.

He's going to have some fun.

I interviewed for a job at Halawa Correctional Facility, where he's going to be staying. Chomos and other similar cases (basically, the elderly/disabled, non-violent mentally ill, PCs, etc) get their own area, but the entire place is a shithole more like the third world. Broken pipes with water and green slime running down the walls of flickering dim dirt-encrusted hallways, the smell of mold, dusty ancient ACs and rank sweat... and this was on the office side of the building I was interviewing in.

On the prisoner side, they're sleeping 4-5 in cells meant for 2-3 people. If you're low on the totem pole, your head is on a stained mattress inches away from the grimy metal commode where everyone in the cell shits and pisses in. It's a playground for staph infections and pulmonary disease.
It's good to hear when child gets punished properly.

If it's the Federal Pen, all he'll be seeing is the runway of the air force base next door. I'd rather he be in the state pen at Halawa. No windows face the outside and it's a dirty overcrowded shithole, and most of the screws that work there aren't much better people than the folks locked up there. Even if you could see outside, Halawa valley is dry as fuck. Nothing but scrub brush and rocky hillsides. Federal prison has more professionals and standards. Well, eventually he'll end up in Halawa after 15 or so years. He's not going serve his state and federal charges concurrently. Too bad he can't serve the state charges first. It would be a much more unpleasant introduction to prison.

Contrary to what most people think, most of urban Honolulu is ugly as fuck even if you're not in prison. I wouldn't live here if it weren't for all the jobs being here.

Now let's be fair. We're all cherry-picking this quote and calling this dude a projecting hypocrite but it's important to remember that he didn't get caught showing porn to kids.
He got caught distributing porn he made with a kid, which is even worse and he should have stones gradually stacked upon his body until he dies, just like they did in the 18th century.

I would really like the Wheel of Catherine for these fuckers

I kind of like the idea of him serving his federal time and having nothing to look forward to but somewhere even worse.

Ever spent time in solitary? You would be surprised how quickly a person can fall apart.
Especially one who had a cushy life beforehand.

Falling from petty criminal to inmate isn't quite the jolt to the psyche, I'd imagine, as it is to go from just another Karen on the block in your liberal neighborhood to in the can.

Aaron Hernandez couldn't take it, and he was a guy who willingly ran into walls for a living.

Not just passive but outright hostile of any change. You try telling pornfags to stop consuming porn, or fat people to stop being fat.

Now imagine fi you're actually doing something about it. Passivity is the best case scenario.

To make no mention of grifters like mamamax also being actively in the way.

So now you face an uphill battle, constantly being stabbed by people you want to help and then you ask why you even fucking bother.
