For FTMs, they don’t route the urethra next to the asshole, they either leave it be, next to a burned and sealed vagina (the smart-ish thing which might minimize issues) or they incorporate it into the rot dog dangling off their mons pubis (far more complicated).

They usually seem to… either fold over the arm skin and roll it together in a violation of Swiss Cake Rolls everywhere to make the urethra, or remove a vein in the leg to create a tube for it. Both have their issues. Obviously flayed and folded arm skin ends up not being able to breathe the way skin needs to (ever see skin after a long term cast has been taken off? Yeah, imagine that rolled up inside. They will forever have issues with hair growth and skin shedding) plus the stitches leading to likely places for opening to occur. This form is also likely to create the huge, thick ridiculously bulky rotdog.

The other urethra creation involves using a large vein. The issue with this is that veins don’t like being repurposed like this and there’s a high fail rate, where it just collapses or disintegrates.

Mucosa membranes like the vaginal wall or inside the mouth are even more delicate, plus leave even more painful wounds behind. There was a pooner who had her iner cheek harvested to try and do repairs… both the repairs failed and her mouth was fucked up to where she could no longer open it afterwards.

Wrong with all of this.
Extra T will hurt a male fetus it causes a bunch of neurological problems including Autism and low IQ. Too much is of something is just as bad as too little of something.
A female fetus won't develop ambiguous genitalia. With humans there is no transfer of hormones to the fetus. This is the reason why humans do not produce freemartins when having different-sex twins. It's also why woman with PCOS also don't produce freaks.
My last comment on this
High T in pregnancy causes the birth weight of baby to be reduced. Heart and metabolic issues in baby. Brain develops wrong. Causes Autism, ADHD, Developmental delays.

Abdominal phallo over meta in 4 stages, the Netherlands. Update

6 weeks and some update. My surgeon is positive over the results, next check up is in 6 weeks, I hope he will then set a date for surgery again. I still have 2 wounds left but they are getting better. I can wear normal underwear and pants etc, just a bit higher them normal bc my penis is on the hight of my belt. I can let my penis hang freely. I have 0 sensation in it. The thing is, this feels right from the moment I saw it, I didn't have that with meta (wich also failed tremendously).

Well, that's because penises can get erect and can stand up on their own, because that is what they are naturally meant to do for reproduction, while these doughy sausage roll phalluses need to be delicately held up to be shown to the camera. I'm pretty sure there are negative effects of a high T mom that hurt even a male baby. It can cause intrauterine growth restriction in offspring of both sexes because less oxygen goes to the uterus, may make boys more likely to be autistic and put them at higher risk of testicular and prostate cancer when they're older.
I have a special hatred for mums who use substances while pregnant because life is hard enough and she will never understand what it's like to actually suffer FAS and other lifelong disabilities she gave you in the womb. Even if you're not perfect, don't set them back before they even had a chance.
