Attention retards. Nothing is stopping anyone from buying a visa gift card at the store and using it online anonymously to fund this when the card accepting site is set up. Stop being the big gay about anonymity when such a simple solution is available.
This is ultimately the easiest way but since the CC processors banned this site bc of mean posts, we have LOLCOW LLC to send payments to for now. I really hope theres an easier way to donate tho cause it will be a mess to crowdfund via MOs.

I'm not familiar with the US legal system, but wouldn't a SLAPP lawsuit be optimal here?

To my understanding, defamation can be tricky because you need to prove without a shadow of a doubt that not only were they spouting false information about the website, but they knew it was false. This can go south real quick if, for example, they actually were asked to take Kiwi Farms offline by someone else for the reasons listed and just followed through without verifying the claims themselves.

I also think it's important to realize that if you lose the case, all the detractors with poor comprehension of the legal system will be out there saying "see?? Kiwifarms LOST. This PROVES it wasn't defamation and that Kiwifarms actually hosts child porn!!" Don't know if we care about that, but it's something to be aware of.

But a SLAPP lawsuit puts the burden of proof on them. They need to come forward with evidence for the things they claimed, and if they can't provide that, one could have them make a statement correcting the record and retracting their previous statements. Worst case, they provide evidence another entity asked them to take Kiwifarms offline, and this still might open other avenues after. Best case, they admit it's all false and back off, along with the potential for a nice official public statement that they made shit the fuck up.

Again, I'm not a legal expert on the US legal system, but I'm pretty sure this forum has a couple lawyers participating in it. Wasn't naming this as thorough legal advice cause I could be wrong on some points, but hopefully this at least generates discussion about if there are better options or not.

Also this is a separate topic, but realize if the goal is to clear the website's name in some way, then the typical critics are going to be ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL of the money trail. Make sure every god damned donation is carefully documented and accounted for, because otherwise this is just going to turn into another scandal of the month where Kiwi Farms scammed it's gullible users out of money.

I believe CloudFlare made a vague statement. "Threat to human life" I think it read. While Epik actually made direct claims.
Cloudflare's statement was very legal speak. Just enough of a excuse to keep lawsuits away. Epik decided to claim we literally host CSAM. And doubled down.

I use Wise (formally known as TransferWise) to send money internationally. Its legit. You need to link it to your bank account and they do charge some fees but its the most secure and reliable way in my experience to transfer funds without using crypto. It gives you a receipt too which you could email to whoever was handling the funds if you wanted credit. It is not anonymous but its the best way besides crypto unless someone else has a better option.
I am a crypto newb and the path I am following is:
1. Setup account at crypto exchange. There may be verification bullshit depending on your country's laws.
2. Buy crypto.
3. Send crypto to personal wallet. This is important because exchanges have begun halting transactions with Null's wallets. They may tell also you that you have 48/72/whatever hours to withdraw your funds because they're closing the account after you try to send to him.
4. Send money from my wallet to Null.
Thank you, I really appreciate it.

Cloudflare didn't outright lie on their public social media accounts. The retards st Epik actually did.
I believe CloudFlare made a vague statement. "Threat to human life" I think it read. While Epik actually made direct claims.
I wish for CloudFlare (since they set a precedent that if you cry hard, they will drop their business) they would get some pubishment for lying that the police contacted them and the content was so bad thay they were forced to take it down (implying that there aren't websites like Monkey Torture or even worse allowed on CF).

Godspeed on Epik.

Null is correct in that USPS (Postal) money orders are as good as, and actually more secure than cash.
Money Orders are also completely anonymous with some caveats.

If you buy money orders for any amount of 3k or above, you are required to fill out additional paper work that would take away your anonymity and the transaction would be reported to the Federal Bank and IRS.
This is called "The Bank Secrecy Act".

To maintain anonymity, keep the amount you purchase under 3k but don't be stupid and get a $2999.99 money order, this would trigger what is known as a "suspicious transaction". If you buy 2 money orders and you get the first one for 1k and get a second one in the amount of 1k, a prompt will come up on the Postal clerks screen, asking them if they think this could be a "suspicious transaction". If you don't act or look skeevy, chances are the Clerk doesn't want to have to deal with all the extra work they would have to do to report this transaction.
Finally, as long as you are purchasing the money orders for legal reasons, and not to launder cash and other no-no things, you can buy any amount of money orders that you want. Just know that if buy over 3k in one transaction, anonymity is lost.
I wish I had that amount of cash to donate, and personally, I don't care if I remain anonymous to TPTB in my support of KiwiFarms. I am not ashamed to belong to a totally legal gossip website.
