Yeah, that's a non-argument. KF is a US website belonging to a US company owned by a US citizen, its dealings with a US registrar have only one nation's laws to take into account, and that's US law. I'm sure Null would get 50,000 years in the Bongland dungeons for calling so many men and women by their actual sex instead of the LARP sex, but the legal distinctions of lesser nations have no relevance to the fact of KF being legal where it is operated/incorporated.

Only 150 anime episodes from a fully funded lawsuit then.
So the funded lawsuit is 75 hours worth of anime? we're going to have to start piling up a show list then.
The list also must be vintage anime from yesteryear, not typical shounen anime that has to take 100+ episodes to get to the point of the plot.

I would say Null needs to ask himself some important questions in what he seeks to gain from pursuing a lawsuit and what risk tolerance he has for pursuing litigation. Litigation is a long, costly, and perhaps most important, risky proposition that could be more trouble than pursuing a case would be worth. From a logistical standpoint, the case will be tricky, as it involves proving the falsity that KiwiFarms did not host certain information, which would be complicated to explain and likely require the retention of an expert witness if the case does not immediately settle, which further increases costs.

For instance, Null, are you comfortable being deposed by a lawyer? Are you willing to turn over the site's backend information in discovery? What will you do if you exhaust the funds supplied by crowdfunding? What damages are you going to be able to show? Are you willing to settle a case or do you want to take it all the way to trial? Can you afford to lose?

The most important question, I suppose, is what does Null want to achieve and is a lawsuit the best avenue to achieve it?

From what I see so far, I am not sure litigation would be the right angle to achieve Null's goals.

Since he loves BMJ, I nominate Kaiji

I think I've been consistent on $1000/hr, no sex shit, would need to be PG-13 in the US.
I mean if you want to do a drive it’d be a fun goal for anime cultists fans of the forum. Watch a series and do a short review at some point (tbd).

I'll go into debt and sell my balls to pitch in, especially after reading the troonish tier cancer that this faggot running the epik account decided to respond with, genuinely hope the worst for these subhumans.

Apologies if it's already been asked and answered further up thread, but what's the best way for a eurofag like myself to support this lmaosuit? Crypto?? And I can just follow the already-existing "how to crypto" thread/s without breaking my smooth brain?
I give two flying fucks about trannies knowing my dox, I just wanna laugh at retards..
I use Wise (formally known as TransferWise) to send money internationally. Its legit. You need to link it to your bank account and they do charge some fees but its the most secure and reliable way in my experience to transfer funds without using crypto. It gives you a receipt too which you could email to whoever was handling the funds if you wanted credit. It is not anonymous but its the best way besides crypto unless someone else has a better option.

Edit: This applies to international people whose anon gift card won't work and don't want to deal with crypto, AND you would need the receiving party's info to make the transaction.
