If the forum can rally around a cause and raise funds then I have to ask why they haven't done so already.
He probably hasn't wanted to pull the trigger until it became such a unilaterally winning case against such a prominent entity. The other lawsuit he alludes to separately intending to file later this year is presumably the one against the Castrated Asian Thwomp which only became possible because William No Longer Hung admitted to (basically) everything.

It's not like $75,000 in fundraising is something that can happen semi-regularly. The other fundraising efforts to keep the forums online have been successful, so calling for such a large sum in those instances would've been unnecessary.

It's abundantly obvious this would get funded too. "If everyone in the poll gives $50 then we're funded!" Yeah and for any user who gives a larger amount like $1,000, they've now offset 19 other people who were all talk. Someone implied they'd give $2,500 earlier, that now offsets 49 people who don't follow through.

The poll hasn't even been live for 24 hours. There's people who won't vote in the poll who will donate too. Once he talks about it on MATI then there's going to be a whole new wave of people finding out about this who will donate. People are getting their paychecks, tardbucks, and tax refunds soon. I guarantee we can raise at least more than Vito's shitty crowdfunded comic book.

What if I donate in Argentine pesos, how many lawsuits can I buy?
You can drop a gift bomb of 500 lolsuits but they'll all be sent immediately to arbitration and you will be banned from chat.

Apologies if it's already been asked and answered further up thread, but what's the best way for a eurofag like myself to support this lmaosuit? Crypto?? And I can just follow the already-existing "how to crypto" thread/s without breaking my smooth brain?
I give two flying fucks about trannies knowing my dox, I just wanna laugh at retards..
I am a crypto newb and the path I am following is:
1. Setup account at crypto exchange. There may be verification bullshit depending on your country's laws.
2. Buy crypto.
3. Send crypto to personal wallet. This is important because exchanges have begun halting transactions with Null's wallets. They may tell also you that you have 48/72/whatever hours to withdraw your funds because they're closing the account after you try to send to him.
4. Send money from my wallet to Null.

Am I a clock?

Late to the party but here's my two cents on the matter, absolutely yes.

Ring the fucking bell to anyone who even pretended to support free speech.

From what my little understanding is in corp life and the legal scholars here this is a provable and actionable case.

Do it. The belll ringing to ACLU or what have you will put them on a point of put up or shut up, you can't just say oh pedophile and get free reign esp when it's not true!

I firmly believe in charity should be anonymous, but in this case and when Rusty Greer sued I felt the need to announce my help and suggest others do to.

The reason behind it is not vanity but even if we are behind silly screen names and in a climate where it's flat dangerous to laugh at trannies etc, you still have 100+ random people from all around the world, all walks of life, rich and poor saying fuck this.

I really hope you do it and not only get lots of community help but other groups wake-up and realize even if it's just self preservation, they need to stand behind free speech or their neck is next.

Fuck epik, and for what it's worth I know my own corp doesn't use them and we never will.

Epik moved Kiwi Farms from a US web registrar to a Canadian web registrar because it had materials which were illegal under Canadian law and legal under US law?

Why would a US company which owns a website compliant with US laws be moved from a US web registrar to a Canadian web registrar, where those materials aren't considered legal?

They don't even try to make sense anymore.

Meanwhile, Twitter is plastered in lolicon and actual CSAM. All the major popular websites that allow users to upload images contain lolicon. Snapchat, Tumblr, Discord, Facebook, DeviantArt, you name it. They should all be removed from their web registrars if this is the standard.

That has never been a problem for us. We still host video of the Christchurch shooting, despite New Zealand's rabid attempts to scrub it from the internet. That's because the video of the shooting is legal to host in the United States. Lolicon porn is disgusting and toes the line of legality in the United States, but does not cross it- in other words, lolicon porn is still legal in the USA (that said, this is Josh's website, so he still might ban you for posting it.) Nobody here, least of all Josh, gives a flying fuck about what the rest of the world thinks.

For anyone not in the know: the man who runs @DropKiwifarms is John Dimitriadis, a lolcow and well known loser in the Fallout community.

@Null what’s the going rate for you watching anime?

Can our donations go to you watching an anime of the communities choice? It’d be a fun way to help raise money is we can make you watch Cromartie or whatever @Trombonista decides on.
Cromartie is fine with me. I loved that show.

@waffle brings up a good point:
The real problem with the epic thing is that they seem to be a zombie company on the ragged edge of total bankruptcy. I kind of worry they may have been firing off shots on their way out the door.
The only positive I could see is if glorious leader could 1. win and 2. take over Epik (somehow without the debt?) and become his own registrar.

Good luck with that. Somebody sent him Gurren Lagann, and I think he had it destroyed.

I laughed for a little while, but then I felt sad because that's actually a good show and I think the person who sent it meant well. I think Null might have enjoyed it. They DID play it on Toonami/Cartoon Network. I dunno if he knew that or not.

So would a Money Order be good and secure then? I'm not 100% certain how a money order works beyond "It's like a check but it's guaranteed by a bank since the money is withdrawn when you make it"

Would they be secure that deranged troons can't figure out who donated?
Just FYI, you can get money orders with cash at the store

Here is a great and extremely optimistic scenario for who wish to hear it.
Total Retard Victory in the suit, a very large amount is awarded, which Epik is likely unable to pay, given their present finances. This would resullt in Josh being a major creditor of the business when they declare bankruptcy.
Josh could then argue to be awarded the domain registrar side of Epik. Which may possibly include the require certs pre packeged and already done.

This is extremely optimistic, but the most likely option I think is they back out really soon into the case, which does still set a "Don't Tread on Me" precedent.
Epik ist Rechtlich eine Kiwi Domain
