It’s the most obsurd claim I’ve heard from Courtney and it seems like some shock value bullshit she made up just to make her claims of Lily being a super ultra pedo rapist more credible. And so she used the most well known true crime hurtcore thing as her “evidence”. Not to mention Lily having a very rare W and debunking what Courntey said outright. I think I've said it before but: I believe that she did have stage 1 skin cancer. She had a couple vague tumblr posts before the Madhouse announcement about "get that weird mole checked out" and going to the hospital for a procedure. I don't doubt that she had the mole removed and that was it.

I would grant her having a weird mole removed, but the way she responded to the whole thing is so suspect I would dare to call it 'sus'. She didn't claim 'had a weird mole removed', it was 'I had skin cancer. I didn't tell Mikaila because I didn't want her to worry. I've been battling it for a year.' Like you said, the whole saga occurred in the space of a month, month and a half.

And you having reminded me of that now makes me wonder if she eve had a mole checked out at all. I know that's kind of a petty thing to question but she doesn't usually reveal health information (more importantly, tends to shriek about her privacy when she drops hints and somebody dares to express concern). But suddenly posts about "Gonna get a weird mole checked out"? Like she was laying groundwork.

Just to be clear I'm not making an accusation about the mole -- Lily's style of lying is usually based on a kernel of truth -- but it is a weird thing for her to do given her patterns.

Can’t seem to quote Áchtunaroll, but I think Lily is either lying (most likely) or confusing/conflating hypnotherapy with EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). It’s a way for therapists (who have to be certified in EMDR therapy) to get a client/patient to remember a traumatic event then encourage the client/patient to develop a different response to the traumatic event.
