The spreadsheet. Honestly, the crafting was pointless after a week or so watching on the site. You only get items that give you more XP, and by that point I was already past the level requirement for all the TTS voices/SFX that were locked behind levels. You need a season pass to get a lot of the achievements required too, so it's legit just a paypig thing.
For some reason zoomers dont understand what 'trolling' actually is. They all have that SomethingAwful 'meta irony' humor but like 3/4ths of them dont really get it.
If they're not listed, that means you can't craft anything out of them, so you can just use them as is. As said though, once you unlock all the level-restricted TTS/SFX, levels become useless. I'd assume they're still good if you're into the clan game faggotry, but at that point you're getting exposed to wartoys, and anyone can start lowering your levels.
I liked the Oli Dollars stuff because his missions were harmless pranks to fill the dead air. The Greg points were forced and ignored by all contestants and the Chris points wildly fluctuated and became frustrating. I think the concept of the freeloaders being NPC issuing quests like that was a solid idea, just that basing an elimination on someone as arbitrary as Chris was off the mark. Tying it to something like better food or living quarters that cannot be destroyed or fucked with would be a better idea. It gives incentive for organic content to arise.
I hope he can be convinced too. Greg's ideas while often pretty autistic, are based on the premise of being entertaining and not sadistic or pointless because "it advances the culture". Job one is entertaining the audience, all else is secondary. This ain't Salo and you're no Pasolini, Jet.

If they did this it would be great to play it up like its a reboot of an old japanese game show, convince a bunch of "contestants" who are just extreme "Japan best I want to move to Japan' type weebs to join the show and watch the chaos of these normies trying to catch up with whats really happening. The entire time Sam could try to sell more "Japanese" products that are just MSG riddled messes.
