At this point, it might just kill him. Pick an organ system, he's ruined it. Even if his body could survive it, his brain chemistry is so fucked it could push him into full blown psychosis. God, I want to watch this. There's really no downside for viewers.
I'd argue he's already in a near-constant state of psychosis when he's on his usual dose of benzos and booze, but his brain is so fried that what's baseline behavior for el ralphamalé would be completely aberrant in the context of a normal person.
