Every time EVS has black guests on it's always awkward af, especially if Malin is also there. Even before when sometimes Eric would show up on EVS streams, everyone could see the awkwardness. It was clear that EVS wasn't genuine. He would say stuff like: "there he is, the rock star! Superstar!", and when Eric leaves the stream, EVS and Malin would giggle and say sarcastic stuff.
They always giggle and make private jokes when the black guests talk. EVS tries to hide it, but not Malin. Malin is 100% a racist. EVS pretends that he is not, but he can't accept any black person having better stuff than him or being more successful than him. Hopefully, no one tells him that Caanan or David's art is better than his... he would go crazy.

Same thing with women. One time in a stream some guys in the chat were saying Renie's art was awesome. EVS and Malin started getting mad right away, talking about digital art = cheating, etc.

The truth is, Malin can't draw anymore, his eyes are fucked. And EVS... we never see him drawing. Every time EVS says he's gonna do a drawing stream, he just inks small stuff that is already done, we never see him actually drawing from scratch. He also never joins those drawing competitions like Fragtober, or something. Maybe he also can't draw anymore. Who knows.

The pool stuff was hilarious. Calling his simps to rig it and still failing. I don't think I ever saw EVS so low. And it's probably going to get much worse.

100% right. Eric July being black is incidental to Ethan's tard rage against him. The crux of the issue is that Eric July's success makes Ethan look like exactly the grifter he is.

Comicsgate has always been labeled a reactionary, racist "movement" and the fact that its self-appointed leader is currently devoting a full time job's worth of hours a week to trashing the most successful Negro in the indy space isn't going to do anything to change that. Ethan will turn on anyone in his circle who outperforms him and he'll come up with a justification later. If Aaron Lopresti (who I feel is a far better artist than Ethan) managed to come up with a $300k campaign and delivered his book in a reasonable time frame, you can bet your sweet ass Ethan will find some reason to exile him from the Kings and spend a few months trashing him for good measure.

Doug's story is a cautionary tale for any creator close to Ethan. He helped boost Doug's Bigfoot Bill campaign to $100k and once that book started going out to backers, Ethan decided that Doug hadn't been grateful enough for his assistance and he became CG enemy #1.
"I taught him how to YouTube and he didn't suck me off to completion!" was his entire reason for sending WC goons after a guy whose career successes far outshine anything Ethan Van Sciver has ever done or will ever do.

Ethan's gayops and seethe streams did absolute fuck all to derail the success of Doug's books, and it won't make a difference with the Rippaverse stuff either. None of July's customers are going to ask for a refund because they saw some fat boomer faggot talking shit from his literal basement YouTube studio.

Frog isn't damaging his enemies, he's just collecting superchat money from his hardcore dicklickers, coping, and not putting out his books.

It's interesting that he would go there with his insults considering his background. A while ago, somebody in this thread mentioned that Ethan’s brother Noah Van Sciver writes/illustrates graphic novels.
Noah has written a number of books about their childhood (One Dirty Tree, Maple Terrace etc.) and their dad was apparently an abusive, often absent father.
I looked at some Youtube reviews and some of the reviewers pointed out that his father's behaviour is probably why Ethan's…the way that he is.
