I don't think age is entirely relevant here; identifying with characters is part of what keeps us reading and interested in stories all our lives. In our 40's, though, we generally don't carry on how this character is "literally me." Maybe chat about it a bit with friends...damn, sorry about that, DSP.
Stroke face going wild this whole rant aside, he really nailed the look of the homeless bum lounging in the alcohol section of the grocery store look. The whole style really fits DSP and I look forward to this future career path.

He is legitimately one unappealing motherfucker. He fell right out of the top of the ugly gout tree and hit every branch on the way down to rock bottom.
Seeing this clip just reminded me of his rant earlier today, “I was kicked out of the partnership program on Twitch for stuff I said and did years ago, stuff that I apologized for a long time ago.” Except when he did his BlipTV “last remaining Nazi” Himmler character, he said he listened to Howard Stern do it and, therefore, he thought it was okay. He says he knows better now, because Howard Stern was Jewish, and Stern could joke about that kind of stuff.
The only rant I can think of that rivals this one in the amount of "I'm angy!!" faces, babyman arm flailing and empty threats is the "HATEFUL... SLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURS" rant. The big difference is that this one was triggered by such a minor thing. Don't think that this vidya game character is based on my life? GTABI might have a recency bias, but I think this is the angriest and most triggered I've seen him since I started following DSP like 7 or 8 years ago. Holy shit. His rage and threats being so impotent made it so much funnier too.

I was at work when this went down and it sounded like a five year old ranting at his parents because they told him Santa Claus wasn't real. He doesn't understand that the reason people are laughing at him is because he's a 42 year old man who's so disconnected from reality that he has to compare himself to video game characters just to garner sympathy. These are nothing but empty threats and scat fetishes, Phil. Next time, don't stream your rants during your time of the month.
