EVS has used his daughter on more than one occasion as an all-purpose "prop" through which to attack his enemies. The narrative is always that Ethan is forced to do something for the sake of his poor retarded occasionally jewish daughter. The story of the daughter is always made to fit the narrative. The people who Ethan is fighting with have somehow insulted or endangered his poor daughter. Ethan didn't want to do ___________, but how could he not do it given his poor daughter.

He most recently did this early in the feud with Eric July.

When Mitch and his partners were setting up their business, they invited Ethan and others to hear their pitch. The business plan of Allegiance Arts was always to use comics publishing to create a bundle of comic book related intellectual property that could be sold at a high price to an entertainment company. They were not conspiring. What they wanted was all out in the open.

EVS on the other hand participated in the meetings with Allegiance Arts not disclosing his business relationship with Dynamite comics or that Dynamite Comics in 2018 was EVS's publisher. It was also later disclosed that EVS was audio recording meetings with Allegiance with their permission so he could "remember what was said better".

A better conspiracy theory would be that EVS took those audio recordings and gave them to a certain other company he had a business relationship with. That he never had any interest in Allegiance other than getting information about what they were doing.

I don't know why anyone would ever trust Ethan Van Sciver's "private" communications again knowing that one day he's just going to sell them publicly for superchats. That's all tonight was. He even acted surprised that Renie person and Kelsey never replied to his invitation to appear on the stream where he reads everyone's private comms. Not the sharpest tool that EVS.

One observation from watching about an hour: I had an audiobook going in another tab and EVS's stream open in another on mute just to read these supposed damning messages. There was nothing there out of line from PTP. In fact he seemed like the rational businessman out of the bunch. Then I unmuted it briefly to hear EVS reading those parts in his over-the-top theatrical screechy SJW voice while he and Shane's messages were read in a sympathetic tone. He sure knows his 80 IQ audience though, they were eating it all up.

Out of morbid curiousity and self-punishment, I listened to it at 1.75x speed.

Not unexpectedly, Jarbo has almost nothing to say. He is doing an anti-anti-SJW bit and not doing it very well. He complains about how Geeks and Gamers frame the issues they discuss. They are too negative for Jarbo. Jarbo brags about how he owned their audience by calling his video "geeks and groomers". Either him or someone else says that G&G are just like Stormfront in their tactics (i.e. NAZIS!). They talk about reddit drama, twitter drama and lots of names that meant something ten years ago around Gamergate.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to Geeks & Gamers because they have to talk about Boogie first (as if anyone cared about Boogie anymore). Then Jarbo has to talk about porn for a long while. Somewhere maybe an hour in they exhaust themselves saying the same things about Geeks and Gamers repeatedly. Then they talk about video games. They talk alot about how things were in the old days with Gamergate back a decade ago and drop alot of old names that don't mean anything anymore and I don't think most of their audience even recognizes.

Yes. Matt also sided with Maddox during the LOLsuit, and flagged EVS's channel at one point.

But that was before Jarbo got utterly destroyed on the Killstream for being a flaggot (which again, included, but was in no way limited to, flagging EVS) and lying about it. He never recovered from that. Ever since then, he's been flailing about trying to regain relevance again.
