Circumcision as part of the Abrahamic Covenant is supposed to be a reminder to God to keep his promise to make Abraham and his descendants fertile. It's directly analogous to the rainbow and the Flood—the rainbow is a sign to God to remind him to effectuate his promise to not flood the entire Earth again.

So it's literally pointless, from a Biblical perspective, for a woman to worry about her rotdog being circumcised.
