I am guessing that the Rage Pig at one point had his hands around her throat and she was able to fight him off.

That's abusive arsehole behaviour, but short of attempted murder.

However if I am wrong and Ralph was much more physically abusive, then presumably Pantsuela would have multiple facial bruises, possible split lip, black eye, broken nose etc. It will be interesting to see if she posts a picture of her face looking all fucked up or not and indeed if she bothers to file a police report.
