Yeah, I figured as much, but there's no way they're as prominent as a big juicy +30% Attack trait.Allegedly IV's exist in palworld as well.
Yeah, the passives are definitely WAY more important. But if you want to go truly autism mode (too much autism, even for me) you can go for perfect passives and IV's.Yeah, I figured as much, but there's no way they're as prominent as a big juicy +30% Attack trait.
The game also solves the problem of Breedjects with the Pal Condenser. It take 100+ tries to get the perfect Pal you want? Just take those imperfect Pals and make your perfect Pal even better!Really love the breeding in this game, the results are much less annoying and far more rewarding than breeding for IVs in Pokemon (though you should definitely be able to build higher-tier hatcheries that can hold more eggs or hatch them faster or both [and I do realize this is a setting, but I like playing with defaults]). Seeing +15 Attack or +30 Movement Speed or whatever is infinitely more rewarding than an internal number going up by 1 and rewarding you with 1% more Attack (after breeding your Pokemon for 30+ hours, mind you).
There could definitely be more done to streamline the experience but I'm not sure I'd want total control at any point. Being able to pick and choose traits to put on hatchlings would be ridiculously broken. I do think it'd be nice at some point to have an expensive item that lets you scrub a single trait off of a Pal, since I've had a couple absolutely banger Pals with a single trait bringing the whole thing down.
Unfortunately, according to the math done, it’s still a significant difference (around 20-30% between worst to best). Personally I’ll probably be using a mod that zeroes/maxes out IVs across the board rather than deal with that shit. Unless IVs naturally go up as you condense pals, then I don’t mind as much.Yeah, the passives are definitely WAY more important. I don't think they do, but that'd be great for a mod. (each level of condensation reducing the distance from the IV and max by some amount, with max condensation always being max IV)Unless IVs naturally go up as you condense pals, then I don’t mind as much.
They are not randomly generated. They are the same every time at the same location.Implement a map for dungeons, or make higher levels ones less awful to navigate, I think they are randomly generated (???) but there are not enough assets in this game to make each room feel different, there have been a few cases where I have gotten totally lost when I just wanted to farm tech points.
Thanks for the information, maybe I am just directionally retarded, I swear whenever I go inside the dungeons themselves the pathing to the boss feels different. They are not randomly generated. They are the same every time at the same location.
Buildings were never effective at training in Digimon World. Combat was the most efficient as it wasn't time boxed.Would have far preferred EVs and training buildings ala Digimon though.
Not familiar with that one, what is it and when should I stop upgrading at the shrine?I'd also love it if that fixed that bug where if you maxed Lifmunk Effigies you fucked your capture rate. D: But I get that one might be a bit complex for a finger snap remedy.
Filters in the paldex as well. "Hey I want all pals with mining skills" as well as having multiple pals habitats visible at once.SEARCH FUNCTION IN PALDEX.
Currently you shouldnt upgrade at the shrine at all.Not familiar with that one, what is it and when should I stop upgrading at the shrine?
Granted, I saw it on Reddit, so take it with a massive grain of salt, but surely you have noticed that you are failing captures at 80/90 percent+ multiple times in a row.Not familiar with that one, what is it and when should I stop upgrading at the shrine?
Can confirm. Fucking around try to catch level 4-7 with common spheres and even on back shots nothing was working.Granted, I saw it on Reddit, so take it with a massive grain of salt, but surely you have noticed that you are failing captures at 80/90 percent+ multiple times in a row.
There are a few special people who made some test accounts and did research to suggest it is in fact a bug.
Correct! However, we’re not playing Digimon WorldBuildings were never effective at training in Digimon World. Combat was the most efficient as it wasn't time boxed.
Muh Nintendo protectionism, been that way since NES, Gamefreak and Pokemon company has been stuck in the 90s like many of the manchildren fans.I mean all they’d have to do is release it on multiple consoles and really tap China as a market. Not sure they actually need to do much else honestly. And that would not he hard if they wanted.
That's not how it works in corporate setting. Any marketing compaigns must be approved by marketing director and stuff like that. Don't know if community posts can be pushed using google ads(I have a feeling that they can, for a big enough client), but if they do that's additional budget which also must be approved.Likely some social media person getting pissy mad honestly.
got one of those tonight. Had brave on it and now i'm rapidly collecting tech points just circling the map.My breeding stallion has finally been born!
I got a few females with Swift + Nimble, this boys gonna be put to work.
