He treats these court proceedings the way he does women: he makes demands and expects for them to simply be met, only to be confused because this is very much an adversarial system where it's helpful for the other side to make your life difficult.

Maybe he got used to technicalities and deadlines going unopposed because it's not worth the effort and billing hours for opposing counsel to do so. Somewhere along the line of this bullshit I think it became worth it to the defendant, though.

Before your time, Null had word changing scripts on the site. As an example, if you called someone "Retarded," the script changed the word to "Exceptional." So it is possible.

It still shouldn't be done. Not only should Null not censor discussion of a public figure (Russell Greer), Russ shouldn't get the win; it would set a very bad precedent in court. For example, women wouldn't be able to talk about sexual predators who trawl dating sites.

I am fairly certain there is a rule where judges are required to assume the best about pro se litigants.

Their pleadings are to be broadly/liberally construed, and minor, non-prejudicial errors are typically overlooked, but there ultimately has to be enough there for a judge to cobble together an actual legal basis from, and failing to comply with an express order from the judge is a sign that the judge should stop leaving as much slack on the line.

It's almost ridiculous to me. Russ has the frivolous litigant chance of a lifetime. He's been told by an appeals court that he actually has at least a ghost of a case. He's been told do what any normal litigant would do and take care of the basics and submit a schedule like every real plaintiff has to do.
