Litigation Fund

How sure are you that the payment processor or some other middleman won’t maliciously mark paying accounts with “funding terrorism” or some shit. Then next thing you know you’re buying groceries and your card doesn’t work, and they won’t say why.
Because that would mean picking a nasty fight with the lawyer industrial complex. Saying a licensed attorney running a fund to pay legal expenses = terrorism or some shit would be a direct attack on the one thing every lawyer in America loves more then anything else. Getting paid.

Take my measly ZAR contribution.

I trust that the website is secure and the recipient won’t be induced to dox people. No problem.

But this is the same day that saw Stripe take down null’s podcast and merch payment without a reason.

I’m not wanting to put anyone off, I’m just asking.
This sort of thinking is why we never get anywhere. There is inherent risk in everything. Sure all of that could happen but it's almost guaranteed to happen to everyone who doesn't fall in line in a few years. You have to decide which risks are worth taking and, speaking from a principle standpoint, this is worth the risk. Everyone wants someone to fight for them but to zero risk to themselves. If you want to fight back, you have to support the causes you agree with. If these mega corporations can slander Josh as a terrorist who hosts CSAM on his website, why would they stop with him? Eventually they're gonna get to you.

There really isn't a whole lot of room for "I'm scared to fight back" anymore.

I'm opting for XMR because I live in bongland and don't fancy getting debanked and sentenced to 500 years in the tower for supporting le ebil farms, but I have to shuffle a hundred papers around my desk to actually get a way to buy XMR since most mainstream exchanges have fucking delisted it and I lost the private key for my kraken account.

I just paid rent, could only donate $50 today but I was successful! I will see if it's still open when I get paid again. do I get true and honest fan for donating?

@Null Does this count for True and Honest Fan status?

Fucks' sake! Null set this up to be anonymous. If you want T&H, send Null 20 American via the normal channels he has. He'll need more pizza to fight off the loony troons anyway!

As I understand it, money transfer happens with up to 2 middlemen: banks and processors plus the webhost for the form. These are the only 3 who could mess with it. This money is also going into an escrow account with legal protections.

If banks want to fuck with that, good luck burning down your Jew empire. SCOTUS would actually take that case. Banks do not typically care who works with them unless you are Alex Jones and doxxing clients when they facilitate criminal networks would ruin them and hand business to competition.

Payment processors can just refuse to handle the exchange and can give bogus reasons. If they dox users, see above.

Web hosts where the actual form is hosted have been fucking with the site and is nothing new.
