So far he's blocked all the VA's some of them are legitimate celebrities, there are people that go to cons, he could vandalise kids toys, and honestly someone like Chris who looks like he does hanging around in the little kids toy section an futzing with box's is going to get him into a situation akin to how the pepper spray indecent started, imagine that but add in there are going to be parents an likely children present that can escalate quickly and that will get him to freak out even if he's just people shouting at him.
He does have a deep long standing interest in the lore what little of such stuff exists, his own as much as the offical, the fact there are women who talk pony stuff an engaged with him even if it wasnt for long was just a bonus.

Most if not all of those voice actors don't even know Chris exists. What does he think he accomplishes blocking them? Does he really think they give a single fuck about some autistic manchild? Chris's mind is truly unique.
