Does this ignorant bitch actually think they should have hosted a 1.7k members forum on cloud servers in 2014?

I guess counter-hacking and cyber security aren't the only things she's bad at.

I anticipate Epik settling very quickly before things get to court. LFJ on the other hand… I’m eagerly anticipating some public sperg outs, and hope he gets destroyed in court.
You me and every Kiwi. I believe because of established trends Donger is enough of a narcissist to believe his cause is just and he will want to go to trial. If he quietly settled Josh would shout it from the rooftops and that would hurt his ego far too much. He doesn't wanna be a Keffals where he says "yeah I did what I set out to do" without having actually done said thing, then quietly not mention it ever again.

Aren’t they likely going out of business soon? I don’t see why they would settle in that case

I’m not sure, but would that not make them even more likely to want to stay out of court? I’m no finance major so take my assumptions with a boulder sized grain of salt, but let’s say in both scenarios Epik loses and has to pay out. Does it make sense to pay a lawyer before claiming the company is bankrupt or just settling out of court without incurring a huge bill from a lawyer, and then saying “good luck trying to collect”? I also don’t have any idea how bad their financial situation is in reality, but I would think settlement would be the cheaper route.

I think they could also waste a lawyers time and never pay the bill. Idk how legal billing is typically done

I would be interested in the timeline of the acquisition/merger or whatever agreement Registered Agents signed and the stupid Epik SM manager's tweets.

If the lawsuit (most particularly a settlement or judgement) came to pass, RA might have a claim against Epik for damaging the brand and company.

ETA: Liability for the lawsuit would be dictated by the contract they signed, and might give rise to the claim of the new buyers.

Interesting to see that there isn't as much noise as I initially expected. I'm guessing that the usual suspects are scared and don't want to attract any attention to the donation site.

I had a theory about this before the thread went up. We might not see a lot of public salt because they're embarrassed. Remember, the narrative is that KF has been killed, kicked off clearnet, hiding and cowering behind a last few sketchy service providers while the user base dwindles to nothing.

Raising $115k in a day and a half, on a clearnet donation site with a publicly named attorney, shows how much of a lie their entire victory is.

I'll make a further prediction: all the bad actors have gay little Discord servers and private groups. I bet the real salt is going to be mined there, instead of on public Twitter.

I don't see why they'd be seething
If you remember, prior to Kyle "Got Your Arm" Rittenhouse, the Left was bragging about how they were soldiers against fascism and they'd kill the evil Nazis. Then some fat kid with no military training comes along, kills two, and cripples a third, and they begin crying. The Left has a fantasy about How The World Ought To Be, and really hates it when reality intrudes.

It also reminds me of when the ACLU was a better organization and sent lawyers to defend Klan members in court. When people complained the ACLU replied, "They're American citizens too. They have a right to legal representation no matter what they did."

It's the same thing here. They don't think Null has a right to legal representation or to fight back. They think he needs to take the girldick up the ass until he likes it and he isn't allowed to do anything. Imagine a woman fighting back against a rapist, and the rapist calling the cops because she assaulted him- that's what this is.

@Sexy Senior Citizen I 100% understand the seethe. I just wanted to point out that Null's probably quite happy right now (even if he wishes he did this sort of cash drive as yearly thing) and the only comfort they can take is that they can pretend his current emotional joy as he sobs into the European cheese he uses as supper/breakfast/a pillow is actually some manner of sorrow.

All of your points are accurate though

I love the smell of cope in the morning.
