Lawsuits take a long time so it'll be around for a while

Yeah, for anyone who has never followed or been involved in a lolsuit, this is the beginning of a multiyear journey. At least some of the proposed defendants have have the resources to drag this out as long as they possibly can and it behooves them to do so. Lawsuits are wars of attrition.

It's really encouraging when super old users are still around. I realize that the site isn't exactly what I promised it would be when the site first went up, and it does kind of bum me out when I feel like I've let down a lot of people who just wanted to talk about Chris-Chan and be left alone. I hope that most people will always have a place somewhere on the site, regardless of how big it gets.

Can someone explain why Cloudflare is not listed as a potential target of the Lolcow LLC Litigation Fund? This is what Cloudflare has said about Kiwifarms:

Cloudflare's statement was crafted by lawyers to be vague enough to make any kind of defamation case pretty much impossible.

Up until an actual trial (think Johnny Depp), lawsuits are dry, boring things where lawyers throw papers at each other and occasionally have a live hearing on some esoteric rule.

I know lawsuits are dry, but a visible and easily seen record of these scumbags (or their lawyers) having to admit in court that Kiwi farms doesn't host child porn is the exact type of giant middle finger I want.
