Null has repeatedly mentioned the $75k amount, I'd be very interested in how it turns out in practice, in general terms, obviously not enough detail for the enemies to use against us.

Why doesn't one of our artistic Kiwis make one of those "I Donated" overlays for people to put over their PFP on their own. Since Null is doing this at arms length it would have to be self reported anyway.

I would advice against that. Mostly because I doubt it would be as funny as the Rittenhouse or the Johnny trials. The funny aspect in those came mostly from the testimony and the incompetence of the lawyers in those trials. I expect this one to be mostly done by the books by both sides. Maybe Epik will try and pull some retarded shit but I think it's highly unlikely. Also, I don't want to give them ammunition. I assume 75k is the minimum to get a case going and is likely to run out of steam relatively quick. The bigger the legal warchest the better since I assume this shit will be mired all over the place.

The biggest key is Hardin being a competent lawyer. That he seems to have stuck with Null so long is definitely already a great start. I don't know how specialized in legal aspects of this dimension but him also not having much of an online presence makes me hope he's very much grounded in reality.

Of course, the legal system is a fucking web of treachary and bullshit, but as long as the case isn't lost due to legal malpractice like with fucking Ty, I'll be satisfied that it was at least tried to push back vs bullshit.

And well, expect something very dry outside of people sperging on xitter about this. I also expect null will not be able to talk about details on more than a few occasions. Lets celebrate that this is starting but don't expect much to happen till a year or 3.
