because phil is misanthropic, too. he thinks detractors deserve to suffer in ways that he believes they have made him suffer. he probably feels a small win in getting to revel in people having happen to them which happened to him. so he just says "there's literally nothing i can do about it you have to sue youtube". he thinks that is fair because it's part of his struggle so other's should go through it.

This only time I can ever recall Phil striking videos was when he was playing South Park: Stick of Truth, this was before he uploaded his videos directly after he streamed.

I dunno man… I think it’s real and not done for pity.

He’s shit out of shape, and you can bet that he’s done with sitting for 6 hours to stream, he’ll plop down on some other chair to whale the gacha for a few hours.

I’d be surprised if Phil walked for more than a mile or two a week.
