I second this notion.
Once my debts are paid off, and I’m expecting all but one to be paid in full in the next 6 months. I’ll be more than happy to set aside more money if the need arises. (Probably money order this time tbh)
I encourage everyone to do the same.

I’m pretty confident that if we show these lying shitheads any weakness, or apathy, they will pretty much have free range to do with what they want, how they want in future court cases. The buck stops here imo.
I voted for the fund, and I donated. I say here I’ll happily give again and I’ll be more than happy to keep my word/action ratio a 1:1 (2:2, 3:3, etc.).

What do we have that other sites don’t have?
  1. Our administrator/Ooperator is not morally bankrupt.
  2. The user base isn’t a bunch of broke teenagers.
  3. Our enemies are really fuckin retarded/unstable.
  4. Proven resilience, not just our dear erverlord but the community itself.
  5. THE SITE IS LEGAL
  6. Real women™ (allegedly)
These very same efforts to silence have been used several times in high visibility cases, as with 8chan and Stormfront (not a huge loss to me personally but that’s not the point, it was a loss). In those instances there were severe issues, and even in the case of Stormfront, he’s too fuckin crazy for any of his loser readers to support any, or even the possibility of legal litigation. And 8chan is a bunch of edge lords with no money/ethics. (Not all but generally speaking). Among other issues.

Free speech, and freedom of expression is what made the U.S. great in the first place, and this site is an excellent example of what can be achieved when people are allowed to speak on what they want, how they want, free of external pressure, fear of censorship, free of agenda; and again, completely legal.

If you have the means, and you like what the site does, if you don’t support this nigga, you ain’t gonna find another option. You aren’t going to find a better alternative to throw money at, it doesn’t exist. Josh is so autistic he’s been willing to live on next to nothing, working long hours, for a long ass time just to spite those who told him no.
Fortunately he’s most definitely doing something worthwhile, he knows it, we know it, and he’s proven himself time and time again. It’s become more than a gossip site, it’s become a gossip site that exposes true evil and silly funny haha cow-exploits at the same time. (What’s not to love?)

Sorry for going on, but this shit gets me fired up.
TL;DR: to capitulate is to compromise (no take backs)

When I hop off my VPN and use Optimum™'s piece of shit service, they are DNS black-holing the donation site to 404 it. Tracert'ing appears to go through Zayo so it may be upstream. It does appear the powers in power are noticing. This shit should be illegal.

Edit: Multiple residential vendors are doing this- after having tested a VPN, but it appears to be only the DNS. If I were a retard kiwi enthusiast I would put the IP of 172.67.168.53 instead of lolcowfund.hardin.law somewhere on this website to circumvent further negligence.

It's a layer 4 block. This probably costed Zayo more in dev salary than we've donated to blackhole. It's a good thing the farms already accumulated $150k not counting the money-order/mail donations.

Agreed. People like watching the number go up. It's less important to watch it go down.

I would not show disbursements in the middle of active litigation, unless legally required.

Back during the Vic Lasagna saga, iirc screenshots of Nick Rekieta's GoFundMe ended up in opposition court fillings. One attorney (Lemoine?) even briefly tried to depose Nick over the GoFundMe.

Maybe it's worth developing those alt-media relationships ahead of time and contacting trusted sources in preparation of that.

If it were me, I'd be talking to Tyler at zerohedge, Glenn Greenwald, the guy "Sundance" who runs the conservative treehouse, etc. Basically anyone I trusted that would listen, to get my message across.

And I'd specifically talk to folks like John and Nisha Whitehead at the Rutherford Institute, since they are very strong on the positions of Internet freedom and against government / corporate tyranny. Their articles are periodically republished on zerohedge.



And of course, if there is any 'chimp out' by the dickless crybullies, that's further attention on which you can fundraise. You just gotta be ready to take advantage of it ( by having those alt-media relationships in place.)

Certainly if anyone here reading is close friends with (or part of) the alternative media, it's worth taking a moment to explain what is happening and what's at stake.

Anyway great work Josh. It makes me happy to see these hard-fought wins.

Busy the last few days, so didn't get to see things kick off on Friday. As one of the people in the other thread that said they would donate, I finally got to chip in my modest amount towards that $150k line.
Regardless of what happens with the money, lawsuit, or website, I at least got my monies worth.
Thanks for keeping the site going all this time, and thank you to everyone who keeps the content coming.

While LFJ might be dumb enough to try that it would be a disaster for him. He's like Keffals where he has a horde of skeletons in his closet that would all come tumbling out with just a small amount of attention. That's probably a big reason he has been so cloak and dagger about attacking the farms.

LFJ is like a vampire, he'll melt like dog shit when he steps out into the sun.
