That's dependent upon the law being just.
I doubt many right wingers respect laws against downloading music, for instance.
That's because we had the audio home recording act and the compulsory licensing system for radio, and recognize that bargain being violated with the internet.

In the case of "intellectual property theft" that's really a people vs. the power moment. If that sort of thing went to the polls, there would be overwhelming support on both sides and pass with 80+ points. Every time the stupidity gets tested, every time they try and doublethink and the programming short circuits, that's more opportunity to break people out of blind partisan ignorance. In my opinion, centrists are compromised because they are fed a steady diet of left-wing talking points that they become unwittingly accomplices. It's because of centrists that the left has gotten away with so much.

The centrists said, "Two people of the same sex getting married doesn't bother me," and now drag queens are hanging around children.

The centrists said, "We cannot turn away immigrants who traveled so far for a better life," and now we have foreigners getting away with all sorts of crimes in the country.

The centrists said, "If Trump is a criminal, let the federal investigators do their job," and now we have weaponized justice system.

And she'll honestly have a lot of cards to demand it happens. If Biden croaks, every promise and bit of influence he was supposed to act on and fill out just fell to her, and the Dems know it. The dems also know they'll have fuck and all in the roster if Biden dies, so there's nothing to lose by putting her on. Meanwhile, if they play it right, she can be convinced to fill out some of their debts with that inherited influence in return for the ticket spot.

There's also a non-zero chance she goes off the rails, knowing full well she can't be elected. Then we'll have a completely frozen administration, just after pissing off Iran, while global trade is floundering in a one-two punch. It'll be a weird time alright.

They declared open war on freedom of speech because they lost the public debate.

I voted even harder for Trump in 2020 despite the GOP refusing to act on the neofascism rising on the left.
That election was then stolen.
At this point I'm EXTREMELY hard right.
I'm wide awake to the rank corruption from our elections to the judiciary, and have soured on "democracy" as a psyop by the permanent bureaucrats to dissuade people from stringing them from lamp posts with the prospect of "next election".

I will still vote in the hope that I am wrong, but will not be expecting anything less than a tripling down on lawlessness and election theft.
