you probably know this, though not every poster will -- when a post on reddit is deleted with that message, that post wasn't just deleted by a moderator, it was deleted by an admin, one who obviously didn't pay attention to your username or get the reference or they would have just outright banned you and ignored further correspondence. I believe tranny mods report any of these kinds of statements to the admins directly to fast track them for banning, and I believe this is an organized thing across multiple subreddits and reddit as a whole.
the truth is this is just political moderation, as everyone knows reddit's moderation is bullshit and unfair but the truth is, the admins really just do things entirely off the cuff and subjectively and all the stated rules are just there so they look like an unbiased "official corporation."
the only times reddit admins sort of avoid touching this shit is when it's confined to the 'conservative' subs that play ball with them or such, so they can point to some of that content existing as them being neutral while it's safely sequestered away from the eyes of their impressionable audience

If this surprises you, then you (for the better obviously) clearly haven't spent enough time on reddit. Reddit mods will permaban you if you look at them wrong. On the scale of 1 to 10 for reasons my alts have been banned from least to most offensive, this easily scores an 8 comperatively. I've been permabanned for way WAY less.

And it's on her shoulder, it's not like she could just wear a t-shirt to cover it up or anything. This is all about the mom. I doubt the kid gives a single shit at all about a tattoo on his mom's arm, especially at that age. He probably wants to play with Thomas the Train or whatever he likes with his friends.

Reddit is interesting if regarded as a long-term social experiment. Engaging with its content directly is almost entirely pointless. Individual posts are best viewed with consideration for how they overlap with the site’s culture: what motivates people to post, what values are they attempting to demonstrate, to what in-group are they signaling allegiance, etc.
Or maybe I shotgunned too much coffee and that makes no sense at all.
Re: Trauma-Informed Realtors, that OP isn’t saying that home-buying is inherently traumatic. They are saying that THEY are too traumatized to interact with people normally and require extra ass-kissing and empathy in order to buy a house. Of course, they probably claim to have CPTSD which is the newspeak for borderline personality disorder therapists are using to avoid borderliners ragequitting therapy before they can be tricked into self improvement.
