Duloxetine reduces your seizure threshold although this is really only a concern for people with epilepsy. If she had new-onset seizures after being prescribed duloxetine it would've been stopped immediately. I also don't know if anyone would legit describe neuropathic pain as "sore toes."

Duloxetine is considered really safe! But there’s so many things it’s used for, it would be easy to be ambiguous. And if you constantly overshare, no one has any reason to doubt you (in theory). I’m sure she’d rather lose a few toes than control her blood sugar.

One of the biggest tells for fakers-- at least to me-- is the imprecise way they describe their pain or other claimed condition. You get neuropathy described as "sore toes" instead of "like a stabby freezer burn" or a migraine described as a "bad headache" (with selfie) instead of "pain that causes me to lie in a cool, dark room and pray for death while fantasizing about bashing my head into a hard surface, because that would be a welcome distraction." "Rashes" instead of "nasty hives seen from space that are now crusty and oozing, now excuse me while I go grab a cheese grater."

They can recite symptoms of diagnosis X (EDS = bendy!!!11!!1), but they can't describe the lived experience in any meaningful way. Other attention-seekers believe them, because they also have an experience that exactly mirrors a bullet point list on the Mayo Clinic website. People with any type of personal experience of diagnosis X (personal or secondhand) know they're full of it, though.

I find interesting that this fatfrog account (presumed to be Paige, and it’s got no activity) is commenting on all her videos about their drama behaving very Paige-esque. I SS a few others, but honestly it’s just melodramtic comments meant to garner sympathy for Paige and besmirch her former friend. Boring, but does lend credibility it’s Paige.

He’s now using to that to do a bunch of Autism training roles including Oliver McGowan training that was mandatory for all of the NHS

This is just anecdotal and have no idea if it's true.
I had a relative who used to work in the prison system and they said that the heroin addicts weren't an issue, after they'd gone clean no problem but the ones addicted to benzos got real fucked up and continued to have issues from the drug abuse long after they were clean.

They put it "heroin in itself is no issue, if you could provide them with that they could function like anyone else, it's the stealing and living rough that makes them go crazy" while benzos in their opinion fucked up people's minds in a whole different way.

This is why shutting down the pill mills was a bad idea. It made the problem so much worse. Instead of letting people go to their mill and getting their 60 OC 30s a month, you now now have a bunch of people stealing shit to buy fent.

My Partner works for the NHS and had to attend one of these Oliver McGowan trainings. In a room filled with Doctors and various other NHS staff one of these “experts by experience” came on and complained that clocks in GP Surgeries are triggering and should be removed. Also, they said that autistic people should get a pre doctors appointment chat for an hour so they can feel more comfortable at the real appointment. Naturally, by the end none of the staff gave a fuck. What started as a good campaign because it was a sad case Link has been over taken by munchies.
