To be fair I think it looks better in light because these are such simple drawings meant to be like sketches, especially Liz. Then again making Donger look like a demon since the inversion makes the shading look off is to emphasize his natural qualities.

The lawyers he’s trying to retain are not particularly “big name” ones. They are an org with only three lawyers in them, and they have only a few cases they are proud of (as shown on their website).

I originally thought they would grant it, but with Hardin's latest motion, I think that may just tip it over in Null's favor. Not a big deal anyway (for either party) considering the lawsuit would have been essentially on pause when Null appeals to SCOTUS next month

I think he saw the fundraiser and went "oh shit! I'm not gonna be able to bankrupt Null by dragging this out in court." Now he's trying to find a lawyer that may give him a shot at winning.

If a Motion to Stay is denied, Greer will potentially lose this case because he is outmanned and outpowered by defendants because they have the funding to have a lawyer.

Gotta admit saying "Your honor if the defendants are allowed legal counsel, I'll lose the case due to my own stupidity" is a bold strategy.
