You cannot trademark a person Russ. A cursory google search tells me that IOLTAs don't get reported as income and have special provisions by nature, meaning they are not considered 'profiting' off someone in the manner of NIL as Russ suggests.

I'm curious, is a reply to a response for a stay allowed? I expect there's some limit otherwise you'd just be sending replies back forever.

Also, if he had spent the time working on the responses/replies he does owe the court he'd be done by now.

Actually, there's a point... how many defamatory statements has Russhole made regarding Null and KF? A countersuit would be pure kino, though I realise this would mean us Farmers will need to throw more shekels into the war chest.

I don't think it would really be worth suing Greer for defamation since ravings carry zero weight with anyone.
