Oh I see now. I was expecting one of them to miss the building entirely.I see the Ooperator stumbling and landing on his stomach at 0:09 but calling that a "fuck up" is a lil stretch

It is when you're part of a unit tasked with recovering stolen nuclear material. At that level you aren't supposed to make any mistakes ever. At least that's what they all say in there propaganda interviews.I see the Ooperator stumbling and landing on his stomach at 0:09 but calling that a "fuck up" is a lil stretch
From what I've heard, the pay increases aren't enough to keep up with the inflation. And the Army has a way of keeping toxic leaders around where they do too much damage to morale. This doesn't surprise me at all. Retention is getting so bad that there have been listings for commander positions on nuclear-armed submarines listed on LinkedIn and Indeed. This was before they got taken down, of course, but it makes me question how badly soldiers of all ranks are being treated if they can't even properly staff nuclear-armed submarines. From my links in both the enlisted service and the few honest-speaking connections in the 2, 3, and 4-star commanding positions that I talk regularly with, it's getting very bad. There's talk of shifting recruitment to new college grads in exchange for student debt relief.

lol, that 2004 video is hilarious. Made with Movie Maker in a shitty laptop for sure. How the years have changed. I think and Satterly might be VanSant there. They called themselves "Baghdad SWAT", but in 2005 the insurgents adapted their tactics, and they couldn't do things like helicopter assaults on top of buildings anymore. If that is C squad after all. It makes sense due to the death metal music Satterly mentioned.

Oh yeah, that is definitely a deliberate canoed. @JIDF Team 6 where did you find it? I wanna post it in the OP and want to give some context.
It's from CQB MSOB. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MpjNqmkBdE around 4 minutes in or so.Imagine being an Iraqi gamer in Baghdag in 2003-2004. Abdullah just t-bagged you in a match of LAN counterstrike 1.6 so you get his address and call in the American occupation forces for a "DELTAING" at his house because he totally has a bomb.

Shit like this explains why the whole Mogadishu incident was such a shit show. Even if the enemy is completely retarded, you can't do this kind of thing if they're even remotely ready for a fight. Finally the video of Delta fucking up hilariously.

Certain units like the commandos fought well, I recall a video where a small group of commandos were surround by raghead terrorists but they did not surrender. Instead they all died fighting.
But the larger portion were completely useless, strung out on drugs or just plain cowards.
The commandos were the only part of the ANA with any talent for fighting, so the Afghan government ran them ragged for over a decade picking up the slack left by the other 95% of the army. Absolute hatred of the Taliban was one of the criteria for admission, and they never took prisoners if they didn’t have to, and because of that they (and members of the air force) were all marked for death after the Taliban takeover, while the rest of the armed forces were allowed to hand over their weapons and go home. It's too bad we didn't take them with us when we left, now they hate America and are fighting for Russia. Oopsie!
why do they all look like the same guy
I recall hearing that most of the air force just flew their planes across the border to another 'stan.and members of the air force
