Can I just comment on how FUCKING TERRIBLE this signature is? Teach your kids cursive so if they end up as Pro Se Litigious cunts they'll at least have a serviceable signature.
Russell is just trying to be like Kayne West. And just like Kayne he is a misunderstood lyricist. :tomgirl:

I am sitting here at work, my body all oiled up and anxiously awaiting a Friday barrage of improper Replies and Supplements from Pipsqueak Ratmouth.
Me too, but if he's writing them today, they probably won't get filed until next week. Court closes in four-and-a-half hours.

This is why he shouldn't use the court as his personal Twitter account.

m sure it was bandied around in his thread a lot as well but it seems to be a direct result in him having no theory of mind. The world and all other people operate entirely around his understanding of it and them, or not at all. The lolcow defense fund seems to be driving him round the bend because he can't conceive of being in that position himself, so it must be impossible.
This is a common trait with Lolcows. In these their brain is broken and they can't or have problems relating other people to themselves. I hate this word and I hate pop-psychology but it is a psychopathic trait. Our thinking of that term relates to serial killers and murderers but I'd argue a lot of these type of people are just nuisances to society and just live really sad and pathetic lives.

This is why Russ has failed every time he didn't have another person do his lawsuit for him.

That also ties in with his shitty paralegal skills. He's said himself that he's refused to seek legal assistance or hire a lawyer because he "doesn't want to share his winnings."

And that a paralegal is just as good as a lawyer because he can (A) write legal documents and (B) file lawsuits, and after that just kick back and wait until the female celebrity doesn't personally appear in the courtroom, then he wins by default and gets everything he sued for, to the tune of hundreds of millions.

Also, as Russ would tell you himself, he has never once lost a case. It's just that the bias judges have "decided wrongly."

FR -I can't believe he's seething abt it when I worked extra hard on his to make sure it wasn't overboard or just straight "offensive". What does this dude honestly think he looks like?
Greer is going to find absolutely anything that does not portray him in a positive light to be offensive. The guy has an ego of thin glass.

Where is the source of this?

That's not the exact one I was thinking of where he actually did say "decided wrongly" but it's the same basic sentiment. He was discriminated against and was ruled against for dumb reasons that weren't his fault.

EDIT: Here's the "wrongly" quoteScreen 2018-06-05 at 5.51.01 PM.png194D6823-7EEE-46AB-8117-6B3A8D885CBE.jpeg

If there's one thing I've learned from walking around in public it's that now that you've drawn a caricature of him, whether solicited or not, he owes you $20. Time to pay up, Russ.
No, Russ needs to pay full statutory damages. At least $150,000.

Does his gimpface disorder extend to being unable to write his own name too?

Russ is asking to stay proceedings for 90s days, but even if he got that, wouldn't he still have missed his deadlines? And wouldn't Hardin still be free to make 1000 filings if he so chooses?

It would be hilarious if the judge says "90 day stay of proceeding for you to find representation granted! By the way, you missed all your deadlines so fuck you!"

I want 90 days not just to get an actual lawyer, but I want specific lawyers in two different states, and I need time to get free money that is absolutely imaginary since nobody is offering me money, and just like delay this case, because I'm too dumb and gay to obey filing deadlines, because like, I have a weird face so I should get everything for free.

EVERY GREER FILING EXPLAINED.

Russ seems to think staying proceedings means he doesn't have to respect any deadline already in place and Hardin would be forbidden from making any more arguments while they all wait on him and his lolyers

Is that at all how a stay of proceedings works?

I really hope Russ tries to make an argument that his lawyers should be paid out of the lolcow fund, somehow.
charging people money for downloading a PDF is some serious judaism
and yet, with the $30 grace amount, the federal system is still light years better than many state and local courts where they'll try and squeeze money out of you for a single page or even, sometimes, a search, which may not be able to even be done online.

There's a monthly fee for remote access to the system in my state, and that access is for people who use it for their profession. The public can access it by going to the a court records room, where there isn't a cost to search, but there are costs to print, and more if you want certified copies.

The monthly fee ended up being flat, but the original proposed system was insane, being based on 4 different internal computer metrics like the amount of processer cycles used.
