He hasn't posted from there in ages, every now and then he posts from other bars but Hoolie's not ever since the failed restraining order shit, speculation is after they doxed BDA to him and got lots of justified pushback, he hasn't been welcome there, don't have any concrete evidence of that though.
I can’t say if it is the same in the US, or Wisconsin, but in most countries I have lived and or drunk in, the staff of a bar can just tell someone they are not welcome if they do something which bothers them or other customers.
If they refuse to accept this and come back, then the staff can phone the police who will assist in removing the person.
The police will always take the side of the staff, no matter what annoying drunk customers think.
I would imagine the rules on this are similar in the US. While any private business can refuse service because they want to, when it’s a business where alcohol is sold there are usually stronger rules in place.
Anyway!
If it’s a case of the manager or staff at Hooligans just saying to Fatrick, “Sorry Fatty, but you make staff and customers uncomfortable. Please leave without a fuss and you won’t be welcome back.” Then there isn’t really going to be any verifiable evidence short of someone going there to ask about him.
For all his tough guy talk he totally will have just left and not played up.
If I recall, it was around the time that guy who showed up at hooligans, who he managed to force to appear in court, that the hooligans posting seemed to drop off.
I suspect that Hooligans management heard the full story, figured that Fatrick is far more trouble than he is worth and banned him.
Taking, from their perspective, a paying customer to court, combined with the fact Pat himself is a nuisance customer, fat, probably smells, regularly got embarrassingly drunk, rude to other customers, annoys the staff by expecting them to prioritize him, and likely had that attitude a lot of regulars get, that they are basically a shareholder in the bar.
Every bar has someone like this, tolerated to different extents, but taking some guy from out of town to court for just going to the bar, that’s a massive red flag and a fair reason to decide he is out of welcomes.
