That's "Anarchy Stocking" from the Gainax action-comedy anime "Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt".
No definitive age given in the series she's in, but she's portrayed roughly as "young adult" age.

Handley was actually the exact case I was thinking of, though I thought actual kiddie porn was involved. Interestingly, every case after that involved actual CP alongside virtual images.... until a few years ago.

Niggerblax posted a video recapping everyone's reactions to this. Half of it is "Oh mah gerd pedo" and something about mythical creatures being children for some fucking reason, and the other half is as @SteelPlatedHeart suggested.

the thing about the horsecoomer is that he at some point alienated a good portion of his more critical audience (during and around the fortress arc) and since then it is only the crazies left who will listen to anything he says
 
Late to the party here, I'm actually kind of surprised how far this drama is permeating with how much of a nobody Vaush is, and how unsurprising it is that he's a pedo. Is anyone really surprised that a guy who says being a pedo can be good and cp should be legal has cp? That is never a real political take. No one is so libertarian that they think that. The only person who would advocate that is only trying to legitimize their own behavior.
