right now the funniest outcome would be Russ trying to crowdfund a litigation fund. Then spending it on whores

I present a scenario:

Russel takes the money and opens his brothel.

Russel mis-manages it in class is Russ style. (Perhaps insisting on service as the owner).

The business closes.

Russel is sued by his own whores for non-payment and/or harassment, and the world has come full circle.

I enjoyed his impersonation of Russell.

I was nostalgic for classic Rackets watching that stream, fun time. I lost it when I saw the reflection of the Greer lips in his glasses near the end

When this is all over (and Null is no longer working himself to death) I'd kill for him and Null to go through the book that this whole lawsuit is over like Nick and Sriracha did. It would also be amusing to see how little Null remembers of the last chapter since he was there for that

He should release that sure-to-be number 1 hit that he's been holding back and he'll be rolling in women and money.
Which one?

He's currently holding back "She don't like nice guys," "Burlesque Show (Mariah)," "Right here, right here (you deserve a better life)," the AGT audition Heidi Klum song, and probably at least a few more I'm forgetting.

Boy's sitting on a landmine of talent!

Oh I doubt they are tired of him. His filings are probably as entertaining to them as they are to us. Especially compared to the boring tedium I suspect they usually receive.

And all they have to do to keep the entertainment spigot open is forfeit all notions of decorum and justice and just acquiesce to his every retarded submission.

The Gofundme page will be great
It's inevitable. I'm shocked it's not occurred to him yet. Gofundme would absolutely allow him to crowdfund against the forum.

Of course, if Null tried to crowdfuns on Gofundme he would be banned immediately and all the money donated to him would be seized by gofundme and given to GLAAD.

Russ' meltdown in his latest filings is quite the sight to see, and also telling. For most of his life, he has been used to getting things his way. Perhaps, because of his disability, he was coddled growing up and given more consideration and leeway than anyone else - giving him a sense of entitlement over anyone else. It makes sense when we look at his expectations that attractive women owe him sexual gratification on demand and how people in general should cater to his every whim, such as his attitude towards brothels and their employees.

The recent turn of events in this lawsuit go against his coddled, entitled self. In response to Russ' numerous motions chock full of irrelevant details, gibberish, and general BS, Hardin has taken an aggressive stance in his own motions to put Russ on notice that the legal system may give him leeway as a pro se client but it won't coddle him in the way he's most used to. In short, if Russ wants to file a lawsuit like a big boy, he needs to act like one during appearances and in filings. Otherwise he will be in for a very rude awakening an d the possibility he will fail in the most epic of ways.

TL; DR - Russ is now bouncing and squeaking because the court isn't as sympathetic to his plights and pro se status as he expects and demands with regards to Hardin's motions demanding an end to Russ' BS.

I still don't fully understand, why those fair use erroding corpo lawyers left him after the appeal. They must have seen how badly he fucked the lawsuit up, they saved his ass in the appeals, by some pretty impressive law bending, only to now let him drown and squander their previous efforts?

Perhaps even people this soulless, eventually just had enough of Greer, or they think it is pointless, when the Farms have money and a lawyer, who isn't going to let bullshit slide by. I just find it strange, that they didn't even try something, or they're waiting this long, before they do.

If Greer wants to crowdfund, he should set the unreleased music as stretch goals, or just sell the music somewhere, instead of filing complaints tonthe judge, with conspiracies of how we are the only thing, preventing him from becoming a famous songwriter.

The version of the story I heard, and it could be bullshit but someone else here can explain it better, is they're an activist organization that works for the media corpos and were just using this lawsuit as a convenient vehicle to establish their anti-fair use ideas as a legal precedent in the court circuit which includes Hollywood. Having seemingly achieved this they have no further interest in Greer or his lawsuit.

If I remember correctly, from the posts here at the time when Russell got the lawyers to work with him, he said that they agreed to help him with the appeal only. They were willing to do the case pro-bono as part of their larger goal. With that accomplished, they kept to their original plan, to let Russell make a fool of himself handle the actual case. Russell, being Russell, could not handle the case himself, so now he wants to get them to do the work. I would guess that they could see how badly Russell was going to handle this, but that was Russell's problem, not theirs, so when Russell contacted them to try and get them to help with the case, they decided to not cut him a break because they had worked together before.

This is what I remember being the scenario, so I could be mistaken.
