The Rackets cars were weekly series-style Late Models, much cheaper than even an ARCA car. ARCA is just a matter of money but it's a heck of a step up for this guy especially since nobody popped up and said he's any goddamn good.Mind you, this year appears to be Coomy's first stint in ARCA. I dunno what the hell the Rekieta cars were. I think they might have been Late Models, or some other lower tier regional thing.
I'ma gonna tag in @Mikoyan, because he seems to know his NASCAR stuff. He was laughing when Coomy wrecked both of the Rekieta cars last year. Said that a team losing both in a race is highly unusual.
(Silliness starts in this post, Mikoyan, if you care to chime in).
When you're running Late Models or especially Street Stocks it's a bit of a roll of the dice if you make it through okay every time you go out. The thing that impressed me is he really fucked up both of those cars, they weren't a little wrecked.
Talladega is... a bold move. Whole different skillset than the short tracks. Should be fun to see if anything happens. Weirdass sponsors aren't something that's terribly unusual in the lower series, either.
Having done my homework this Cyberfrog deal seems like he's literally just mapping 'superhero' onto fucking Pepe?
