Why do top surgery scars almost always end up looking so awful? Mastectomies are the only troon surgery that should have some standard of practice by now. They have an actual medical purpose. I know multiple breast cancer survivors who had mastectomies decades ago. To be fair, I've never seen these women shirtless. is the gnarly scarring the result of hacks like Mengallagher running their practices like a fast food drive-thru or is it just a "badge of honor" for troons?

The Pooners deliberately fuck with the scars take them look worse.
When you see women who have had mastectomy procedures the scars don't look like they do on the average Pooner.
The scars are a status symbol for these wierd twisted women, they go out of their way to end up with the nastiest scars possible.

Truly, one couldn’t ask for a better candidate for elective surgery to be paid for by insurance. On the plus side, you can literally call your patient’s wound dehiscence a “blow hole” and they’ll still promote you.

Despite doing more to bring pooners into the mainstream, as I understand Buck Angel is seen as BADPERSON in the pooner/troon community. Something about calling out occasional bullshit and not being sufficiently “affirming”.

Anyways, I’m not going to lie and say “I knew that was a woman right away!” But my brain just stopped and went “HOLD on a second here… I sense something mot quite right!”

Funny how that works. The human brains skill at pattern recognition will always be the unbeatable final boss for troons.

Buck was interviewed by Abigail Shrier in Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing our Daughters and I respect the guy for it. Considering how hated that book is in the troon community, contributing to it automatically makes you a bad person. Buck actually acknowledging how fucked up the current situation is makes him essentially Hitler.

She's got to compete with other plastic surgeons who do quality work, and don't half-ass it. You can see the strain on her face. Her "yeet the teets" gravy train ain't totally dry, but I'm sure she's taken a hit to the pocketbook lately. Florida's not so great for her now. Maybe she's contemplating moving to a troon sanctuary state? One can hope.

Based on this screencap she . . . requires zero mental health screenings, takes literally anyone for top surgery, and the second line in her 'BMI details' entry is ten kinds of fucked up - bouncing between hospitals like this is not normal and points to one or both of hospitals booting her or fishing for anesthesiologists who are as unethical as she is. Then we have the 'unsafe practices' line at the end - you know Sneed must be a quack when even the people advocating for invasive, experimental surgery on deathfats are questioning her record.

Also good to see independent confirmation she doesn't take insurance, I have to admit I wasn't convinced when that ex-patient made the same claim on Twitter.

To be fair, hospitals or individual anaesthetists can put BMI limits in place that surgeons have no control over. As an example, my local hospital has a 35 BMI surgical cut off, whereas where I last lived the cut off for surgery was BMI 43. I’ve even been to a private orthopaedic hospital where they just had a straight up weight cut-off of 150kg because that was the weight limit of their operating tables. They also had BMI limits that differed for different surgeries eg <30 for foot surgeries, <35 for knee surgeries, and <40 for everything else. Specialist surgeons generally have more than one hospital they utilise for surgeries to gain additional surgical days, because they’d rather be cutting than consulting patients.
