Art is only behind Still-Life in terms of unhinged behaviour. They are two of only the few LOCALS posters who actually make me concerned. The others are stupid or naive, but these few are different.


Nick did a LOCALS stream. Two, actually, but the last one is having replay issues. Here are notes on the one attached to the Tuesday show.

- This stream was 30 minutes. This is half the norm.

- He gave an update on his case that was basically what he said before. He said that they are just waiting. He think he will win, but if not, a jury trial could be 'fun'.

- Nick has NOT heard about Josh's fundraiser. He wished him to make 'a million dollars' then clarifies he was serious--he knows it is a joke. He likes the Farms and Josh, but they do weird things ans he isn't sure if they can be defamed. He doesn't know why he has alienated people who could help.

- He hates the Carano case and covering it. He does think there is anything there to rationalise the government stepping on people's individual rights or business rights. Protecting a right or category is different than protecting the ability to advocate against an ides. How can they compelling some business to keep someone they do not want to? Actors are different than any other general employee because they are highly specialised workers in an industry that needs the flexibility in personnel decisions, that requires skill and entertainment editorial decisions.
