Drag scrolling wouldn't work,, Even putting your thumb directly on the button and dragging down wont activate it, you have to press the button on purpose.

You've never been scrolling through, half gone to scroll again and paused to read a comment or double take at a thumbnail, and lightly brushed the screen which counted as a tap and did some gay shit like open a new video or something? Or tried to scroll but it got confused and thought you tapped at first 'cause your phone is an old piece of shit and it lagged out?

It's kinda well-established that Scarle is a couple roses short of a bouquet, none of what I'm saying sounds out of the realms of possibility to me.

I would imagine it all comes down to profitability/merchandizing and sponsorships. If people are still willing to make them art or merchandise or give them sponsorships, they should be able to survive.

I feel like it is the end of them. Might be a slow death unless a bunch of talents start dipping out soon. If they dip, then expect memes of their logo in a noose or guillotine.

The only feasible way I can picture them staying around is if the yacht fucker actually completely changes the management in EN for the better and increases people's pay. Those are steps to potentially course correct, but their reputation has been fucked harder than a Tijuana crack whore during spring break at this point.

I mean sure, thats possible, but we've reached the point of writing fan fic about how she could have accidentally pressed the button. At least on my device you have to press the button and then lift your finger for it you register, you can't scroll while pressing the button down at all, so sure its possible, but I feel like its not really gonna happen.
And anyways, I think its vastly more likely she hearted the comment without realizing what it meant than some 300 step process for her to accidentally like it.

I hope Scarle gets out, I know little about her but she seems good and could probably flourish outside the grasp of Niji and the Clique.

If anything it fits very well with her "crime" of going above her work experience 2 week hire group manage's head. If Elira et al were acting as the go between for JP it would make sense why they flipped the fuck out over a rogue JP speaking talent going to other higher management and tried so hard to destroy her for completely minor infractions.

It honestly makes sense as to why Elira would flip the fuck out if someone could just go over her if they could speak Japanese. Maybe that's one of the reasons why they had to destroy Zaion so quickly.

Looking around more, I guess I can answer my own question with a "no". NijiEn's reputation is probably irreparably destroyed. The entire vtuber community (and many non-vtuber communities) are near-unanimously on Doki's side and see them as not just a "black" company, but a straight-up Evil Company. Any vtuber with NIJISANJI EN in their name is tainted. Vox, Elira and Ike are branded as traitors. Maybe they'll fold, maybe not, but yeah there has to be zero chance they ever fully recover from this.
