I am at about Chapter 150 now and Unless Griffith shows up and drags his non-existant ballsack on the planet to make him an interesting villain..this Manga is pretty but no-where near as amazing as people say it is plot wise.

The One in One Piece already does..the Chosen few get to trample the people who grow their food and erase anything that is Verboten from being said with Violence. The One Piece World Government is outright the Leftist Paradise.

There are countless of elements that made me fall in love with One Piece but if there is one part that completely seals the deal as a story and an author is Chapter 438/Episode 323. His friends wanted him back, even Zoro. But as a crew, Ussop needed to apologize for his actions, which he did and Zoro was right.
I heard fans saying that "Ussop shouldn't come back, maybe he'll be on a different crew", so he could do the same thing as leaving again to a different crew who wouldn't be as forgiving. I've seen the BS with Naruto with Sasuke, and thats a different can of worms I don't want to disclose on this thread,
The Strawhats will have their silly and crazy adventures, but have sincerity in their actions. Just like Zoro said to Luffy, "Oda may be a crazy crackhead of an author, but he's still the captain of the ship (story)", and I thank God that Oda is writing the story,

This is something I have noticed as well with academics and other liberal or left wing writers where they will ssay how bad globalism is but what they really mean is that it'

What is even more interesting is just how much characters like DR. Vegapunk represent complete freedom of speech and access to information, even accesss to "harmufl ideologies" as Jinbe put it. I will say however that censorship, violence and trampling others has been a thing with the left and the right.

The only thing Imu has done wrong so far is obviously care just enough to want to keep the world in one piece.

Speaking of Imu. I hope we continue to get scenes animated like where he blew up the island. The fizzling and freezing butterly as the colours just went nuts was great.

List all of the Blackbeard theories, one or so of them might actually be correct. If he's indeed related to Xebec, something about him is actually special like how Kuma is a Buccaneer and that's what made the Rocks Pirates dangerous.
