I also searched for "Huggins" and "Brewer", (since it seems to key off of ward name), and then I tried searching by date based on @Fangsofjeff's timeline, but that turned up zilch, too.

I could have sworn 'Lissa' said we'd find guardianship records if we looked. Something seems fishy here, but I can't quite put my finger on it.....
