Haha you should ask (redacted) how that went down recently..I'm nice to you, gimme $10k.
Ok that’s good. I’m a one per center, at least for my age, but the 0.1 percent are the ones with the fuck you money.Well I'm a welfare state enjoyer and live in a commie era small apartment. People call me a communist/socialist on my profile.
Even then, I don't think you have the amount of wealth I'd be willing to risk social instability to expropriate from you.
I'm far more preoccupied about financial elites and corporate moguls, like Elol, like Bezos, Lockheed Martin people and the sort.
Now, those I would expropriate on my first day in office.
Your house and stonks are safe Marge!
The kitchen was redone shortly after purchase, so we’re a couple of the bathrooms. You won’t find those pics in real estate listings.I didn't say anything about the interior because I think it looks fine. The kitchen needs to be redone, yeah, but the rest looks good. Hell it's not even so much that it needs to be redone, it's really just the cabinets that are old and out of date. That's not that big of a deal though. My problems really were just with the exterior. It needs a paint job. The roof will need to be redone soonish too if you didn't do that when you bought it.
*whispers* now you’re getting it. I live pretty close to Boston, so having a big lot is a way Bostonians flex. “Look at all this kind I have.”Meh, I personally don't see the point of having 2 acres of land you can't do anything with. Unless you plan to get livestock, seems like a waste IMHO.
It’s not strictly unused. There’s a ramble in the back and a vernal pond that is usually full. At one point I tried pasturing ducks out here but there are too many predators coming out from the woods to gank them.
It’s terraced but there are some strategic ramps to assist with mowing. Fwiw I don’t mind when there are dandelions and violets all over though. It is a difficult yard to maintain. The previous owners were certified yard maniacs and did crazy stuff like cementing a bunch of rocks together to build an Asian feng shui hill behind the house, which was buried in 10 years of leaves when we got the place. What you see in my personal photos represents a lot of work done compared to how we found it. So you’re right that maintaining this yard is a dog of task. The only thing about the lawn is that you really can't do anything with it and it's a hard to maintain area due to the nature of it is all.
