I have no idea who this guy is, I've watched him for 1 second and I have no intention of continuing, but my bet is that he has zero prior knowledge of the situation and zero experience watching vtubers and he familiarizes himself with all the evidence live on stream while going on unrelated tangents over every sentence. Which means that he might spend an hour or two speculating about possible implications of something before learning of a new development that instantly obsoletes everything he had said before. There's a flock of those youtube lawyers that jump on every controversy to farm views and they usually talk complete nonsense and make fools of themselves because they barely do any research.
It's obvious that neither party is interested in any sort of lawsuit, so what's even there to discuss?

There are a lot of would-be lawyers on the internet who insist that suits are not only going to happen, but that one side is guaranteed to win. You can spend all day poking holes in those theories.

Too many Selen parasocials going around acting like one way or another this is a new thing. I was pleasantly surprised by how popular Dokibird's streams seems to have been, given how annoying Selen was. But I guess it all comes from this idea that what happened to her was completely one sided and bad.

He had his
tuber friend with him and a lot of dragoons walking him through everything before looking at what was said.

He pointed out some possible missteps on Doki's part but was far more critical of the EN's responses.

This is a genuine question: could anyone point me to other good dox sites for the big corpos? It feels like it all happens on discord now. I really enjoyed seeing the gradual leaks and photos of Advent, as they came out on Nyfco. It lead me back to find out for myself how Fuwamoco knew Kiara back in their idol days 10 years ago, and how Kiara tended to block and ignore them. Plus how the two dogs are so autistic they can't even let their different foods touch on a plate.

It's a real shame the site is shit and you have to look through pages of comments for them, but that photo of Nerissa with her sister in her underwear was so funny, the fat bitch.

Oh. Good. My faggot meter wasn't malfunctioning when I finally got tired of his ass. There's something specific about the way he speaks that grates with me. I honestly don't know what it is, but it's good to know I'm not the only one that finds him irritating to listen to on a regular basis.

I'm just enjoying the developing new youtube meta of using Niji's implosion to rake in drama superchats. It's not a good sign for an entertainment company looking to expand its overseas influence.
It was surprisingly pretty informative with the main drawbacks being his affiliation with Ralphs former lackey and the constant, non-stop superchat interruptions. He's also planning on going back and looking at Nijisanji's past legal failures so that's something to look forward to.
