Show me a universe where you can reboot your Android phone and it becomes an iPhone. The swift payment system and cips are not compatible with each other. The cips system is designed to work on Chinese hardware and present itself in the Chinese language. For Russia to use it the software has to be translated to the Russian language, and be flashed onto Russian ATM and POS machines that use completely different hardware then what the software is programmed for, meaning the software needs to be rewritten and the hardware needs to be replaced. This is a massive undertaking that affects 143 million people and millions of devices. It's impossible to do such a switchover and have it working on the first try, unless months or years of work has been done to pull off the switch. Maybe if you ever made a batch file or swapped the video card in your computer you would know this.
