Nick then spent an insane amount of time in his streams from June trying to convince MANdy to attend Anime Matsuri so he could sign "her" tits, and then there was a Worst Day II at the start of July.

The only times I've ever gotten a bruise like that were from a hard hit, so I'm still of the theory of either Kayla hitting him in a fight over all the shit about him online (we know she is at least aware of it all), or more likely he drunkenly fell and hit his face. But even if those were the case, that doesn't explain why said bruise NEVER GOES AWAY.
