I should also mention that she first got into contact with the cow I document when he was 17, and today as a cosplayer, she has access to underage boys and has been seen approaching minors at cons according to people who gave me information. I can only assume she's some kind of "femboy chaser" if those things even exist, and if so it's the first time I've seen it in an actual woman and not a troon larping as one. Cow tipping is gay and cringe, but she's a genuine danger considering, and nothing has been done about it. There is no way to bypass this to my knowledge as that's one of their main rules. Even using tor will get you nowhere as they block suspected tor traffic.
