So if the money has been going to their bank accounts then it is their income to declare. And they actually have assets to lose and legitimate credit histories. The 10k Kick check goes straight into Stake (if you watch his streams, he usually hits the deposit limit within 24 hours after it arrives, if he didn't leverage at least 8k of that check out in loans before it arrives). It's either used to pay off loans he leveraged against the Kick check, or it's going straight into Stake.

All of his financial advice comes from jannies like CUP or Court in his chat, his parents have zero control over his financials. If they had any control we wouldn't see the 10k Kick check wasted every time on loan repayment to retards in his chat, or straight into Stake.us.
