As said I'm no medfag but I find it unlikely. Tylenol kills you slowly, it usually takes a couple of weeks or so to die from the liver damage. Advil on the other hand may act like a blood thinner so not sure how that would affect it, but that's something I would definitely have expected to be visible on an autopsy as any bleeding or swelling would show up.

I hope you are right. One key factor here is that the case comes bundled with LOTT. Troons are using this case to go after Chaya. I can see how this association could alienate the average person. So many people have a hard on for her that they're not above using a dead kid to errode her influence.
