I don't know whether the FBI is dealing with her or not. I can confirm that the IRS is gearing up to go after her. More than that, I can't say. We have confidential Kiwi informants to protect.

Is she looking into any years in jail for the amount of money she owes to credit card companies? Here it's ten years imprisonment for an indictable offence or two years and/ or $5000 fine for a summery offence if I recall.

No. I don't know if the court will make her husband pay, tell her to sell some assets, or if they'll tell the credit card companies to pound sand, but here in Americaland you can't go to prison for credit card debt. Not paying taxes is what'll probably get her in prison. She owes at least $70,000 from her 2008 and 2009 taxes, which could be tax evasion charges. Assuming her habits haven't changed since then, it's conceivable she owes more.

We'll find out in the coming months, I think.

The debt part here wont land you in prison, it's if it comes up as credit card fraud. Once it's past $10k that's usually what they start looking into here since there's no way a normal person would rack up that much debt here unless they aren't paying their mortgage or haven't paid their Canadian loans for school.

Most of the messages are short tweets, Snackie only wrote one or two articles on substack if I remember correct. It will be hard to do any stylometric analysis on this corpus, but not impossible. I would search for common misspelling, errors, punctuation variants or figures of speech between the text that she wrote (tweets and substsck) and the text we speculate about (the new torswats messages).

To be fair, he didn't let it slide the second time and got custody when they divorced. Normally, women get custody of the children, so you can only imagine how Shrek here acted to lose custody.
