Wrinkly dick

Pretty much as the title says. I’m almost 4 weeks post-op stage 1, and with the swelling going down, my dick has become… quite wrinkly! I’ve never seem/noticed this from photos others have posted, so I’m wondering if this is normal. I’m not upset about it, but I wasn’t expecting it!

I randomly ran across this thread in fb when i was looking for something else. I’ve been around since the beginning of the old yahoo groups and never heard of this. My mind is blown. My surgeon team didn’t mentioned this at all. New fear unlocked

What would you do if post phallo atrophy happened to you? Although my surgery went excellent, i would not want to go through the full process again, its physically and mentally taxing!

Also there is so few donor areas we can use. How would that work if this is a possibility every 10 years or so?

I have only came across a few people over 10 years post phallo. I don’t recall atrophy being discussed. Thats mostly a pre op discussion i have read about. Luckily i did not experienced pre op atrophy esp being on T for as long as i have. This is my 20th year.

I speak with many surgeons over 12 years now and all have similar knowledge and opinion. It's just accepted as a standard happening with phallo.

I have less atrophy than I expected at this point, I had banked on needing full flap replacement at 10 years.
Currently just over 10 years and small atrophy only through full length of phallus - as in girth only maybe 1cm less than 1 year post op.
Only base of phallus is thinning, gravity and atrophy. This is and was expected when I have stage one, that in the future there may be atrophy to penis.

The FB people said a bunch of stuff that would get you downvoted and banned in the r/phallo subreddit, like this:

some scientists tried to figure this out by having people write detailed accounts of what orgasms feel like (without any sex-specific anatomy mentioned) and then had other research participants guess the sex of the person who wrote each account. It was no better than chance. It was a valiant effort to test something that is basically unknowable. this was a long ass time ago, I want to say this happened in the 70s? The writings had a lot of variation but themes definitely emerged, it made me inclined to think it is probably a universal experience, though the emotional significance of that experience is really different for each sex.

I developed some granulation and became very scared

Context: I got my srs with skin graft in Thailand 11 weeks ago with dr Chettawut. A week before I left I got my post op consultation, I did had some minor granulation which was treated by the doctor and that was that. They told me that if anything else happened I could go with a doctor in my country to get it checked out.

So… last weekend I noticed that there was some granulation in my labia near the flap, it wasn’t painful, but it did look angry. Anyway I told my mom and she said that she would book my an appointment with her gynecologist, but since it was Saturday he wasn’t gonna be able to see me until Tuesday.

During the weekend I googled “skin growths in labia…” that was a mistake lol, so by then in my mind I was thinking it could be either granulation or cancer hahahahahahaa

Anyway I went to the doctor on Tuesday… He asked me to change into a gown and to hop on the examination chair. He began with the examination and he said that indeed it was granulation, which then he explained to me how granulation happens, which I thought was a little odd since I already knew, but I was like ok… he then told me that he needed to check my canal to see if there was any granulation in there, so he placed the speculum and he was like… ok so there’s no granulation here… but… I’m sorry I’m having some trouble to see the uterus… I WAS GAGGED ! It honestly took me a couple seconds to respond to the doctor that I didn’t had one hahahahahahahaa the doctor looked at me with confusion in his eyes !!! And I was like I’m sorry since my mom made the appointment I thought she had explained that I’m a trans woman, and he was like, oh, she did not, then he looks back at my vagina and went, they did an amazing job! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha he then asked me stuff about the procedure, but it felt ok…

Anyway back to the issue… I had granulation and the doctor told me that since the granulation was on the outside and it wasn’t very big he could treat it with silver nitrate, which he did, it didn’t really hurt, it did sting for a little while and my skin (where the silver nitrate was applied) changed color to a whitish gray… he asked to go back Wednesday and Friday for another application with one of his nurses.

It’s been a week and the granulation has disappeared completely, as if it never happened so moral of the story, if you see something appear in your that wasn’t there… go get it checked out

Alt week post op

I just returned from the hospital after nearly a week after my surgery with dr.delcorral. I got no UL, but I am now recovering at home, very glad to not be woken up every two hours to have my vitals taken, so far everything seems to be healing pretty well. (Any white stuff you see in the false urethra is neosporin I recently put on)

I’m guessing that almost never happens, if it would at all. As it’s a regular part of childbirth, the skin that tears is equipped to do so and heals very quickly, especially when stitched immediately. Granulation would be very rare especially since most women will be under medical care for a day or two after giving birth.

That ENTIRE story is made up including the claim that it’s a month old surgery. Trannies are such pathological liars it’s pathetic.
