If a Krassenstein says it's fake, it is 100% real.

You say that, but the actual Bradley produced did have little portholes on the sides for the guys to stick their guns out and shoot at the enemy.

So does its Soviet/Russian counterpart, the BMP-3 BMP-1. Note the stations marked at 25, 32 and 40. Hollywood likes to make fun of things it doesn't remotely understand. Turns out that when a vehicle's got a few men in it with nothing else to do, giving them a way to help defend the vehicle from infantry assault if necessary is fairly useful.

As a gun autist I'm compelled to reply that those aren't just any guns, but specialized M16's designed only to fire out the portals, meaning they don't have a stock or sights, so if you had to use it outside of the vehicle, tough shit. Still magazine fed too, because that's exactly the type of weapon that you want tied to a fixed position on a fighting vehicle, lmao.

Man, the MIC really got to eat with that project, didn't it?

Edit: The BMP solution of "Da, just cut hole in side for AK to stick out, its good." while not nearly as elegant as the M231 Firing Port weapon, is far more effective, mostly because the guy inside can stick his RPK out of it instead of a gimped compact M16 with no stock or front sight.

Speculation is those are the only deaths Ukraine is paying survivor's benefits for. All the others are just "missing" because they don't have the funds to pay the families.
Talk on Ukrainian Telegram is that when mobics are killed they're dumped in unmarked graves and listed as MiA or even still active. This allows the government to deny benefits to their families. Hohol troops in combat zones also get a 2K per month combat bonus which, if rumors are correct, gets funneled to senior officers and government officials. Everyone is incentivized to not report KiA's, so they're not reported.

That's BMP-1 also BMP-3 doesn't have them. And yep porthole were intended for very specific situations and driving thru contaminated areas Were if ambushed you preferred your own man not to get out even dressed with protective gear unless really needed.

Seeing breadtubers hooting and hollering about Ukrainian Special (?) Forces apparently operating in Sudan.

Their goal, or so I’m told, is to disrupt gold shipments to Russia and also take out Wagner people.

My (perhaps naive) question is, with Zelensky losing ground in the homeland, aren’t these fags supposed to be operating within Ukraine to try and slow the Russian advance ?

so the mighty abraham lasted 2 hours at the front and western faggots want to start ww3. my boy putin really needs to glass ukraine soon and finish this before all shit goes to hell

Why glass a country you will eventually own. Glass Sweden or any other small NATO fry.

Edit

Frankly Putin was fool for not sending a message to NATO after they continued to escalate and push and see with what they could get away with. Until emboldened enough to think they can do this.

Now that doesn't mean NATO will send it's troops to Ukraine and this is likely just hot air. But the fact they are thinking and even saying it out loud is well the outcome of Putin's lackluster policy.

This could have been all avoided by kalibrating one of NATO's airbases which Ukrainians used. That would have sent a message and allowed NATO to say face by doing a similar retaliation and then back off.

Will they really send troops to die in Ukraine?
Probably not. Certainly not without the US somehow taking the lead. The President of Poland said the idea was discussed but that there was no consensus on the issue. There has been talk in the past that in the event of Ukraine's total collapse, NATO would step in and occupy western Ukraine.

The event in Paris seemed mostly to be an empty bluff about looking tough rather than actually doing anything. It was similar to last weeks "hundreds of new sanctions" event in the US. They also need a good headline to distract from all the bad headlines in Europe.

I dont see how their could be direct military invention this year in Ukraine. They would need the support of the US to do it and the US getting directly involved is impossible during an election year.

That's BMP-1

Oh, you're right, that's a BMP-1. Google Image Search betrayed me. Of course, the Bradley's contemporary is the BMP-2, not the BMP-3, and the BMP-2 does indeed have firing ports.

Overview of the firing ports on an incredibly gnarly old BMP-2:

also BMP-3 doesn't have them.

According to Wikipedia, it does. Perhaps newer models removed them. I think this is them. Those gray things look the right size for an AK's barrel and gas cylinder, and the periscopes are right above them. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxKI1fzlKJc

I guess for some time now, all but two of the firing ports on the Bradley have been sealed up.

Those Bradley firing ports and cut down M-16s were deleted really fast as they were damn near useless and just took up space.

Enjoy the Bradley tours

Yep, I was wrong. Original BMP-3's have them. Four of them, 2 on the left and 1 on the right and another one in the rear.

Ukrainian and Russian Private Military Contractors have been active in Africa for many years.

A tiny group of Ukrainian mercenaries offered their services to the rotten pretend government of Sudan in its war with an equally rotten Sudanese militia (RSF).

Russians (Wagner) are based next door to Sudan in the Central African Republic. Certain Russian individuals associated with Wagner had their own private gold mining interests in Sudan. The Russians would move the gold out of Sudan over the Central African Republic border. Profits would be split with the RSF.

The Ukrainians did some videos of mercenary attacks on the RSF in Sudan and maybe some russians doing business with the RSF. Wagner and Russia are not overly involved in the civil war in Sudan. If their mercenaries get killed doing private business on their own time, nobody is going to care much.

Nobody knows if the fighters in Sudan are really Ukrainian Special Forces or if they just Ukrainian mercenaries in Africa who got paid to fly the flag during their operations.
