It is really striking if you look at the difference in skin thickness between the tissue donor site and the margins at the end of it that show just how much skin is harvested to make these nonfunctional fake dicks...and some of these pooners have done this to more than one limb if they have to redo their phalloplasty. Each time it fails, it leaves surgeons and urologists less and less to work with in terms of nerves, vascularity, and urethral anatomy and the scarring becomes successive.

How long will it be before you start seeing pooner "men" with the telltale flayed limbs in Abercrombie & Fitch advertisements for men's wear?

This happens because the lymphatic drainage vessels have been interrupted by er, *removing her whole damn forearm meat to use as a graft*, so there isn't adequate drainage and lymphatic fluid pools in the hand. I do not think it will improve with time.

Anyone who willingly got such a cloyingly stupid tattoo, and is suggestible enough to want it removed when JK Rowling got cancelled, kinda deserves to have a useless ersatz vag.

Yes. Ideally if you get plastics done you want it to look like you didn't get work done. If anyone notices the difference, it should be subtle enough that they think you just lost weight, or beefed up your skincare routine, or [whatever effect it is your procedure is supposed to achieve.]

But you take that approach with TiMs and you get these nothingburger results, and the TiMs aren't satisfied.

There's also a bevy of procedures you can get done, but which many plastic surgeons won't do because they are too likely to create complications. Examples include BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift, not @Bargain Bin Laden), stacking implants on implants, thread lifts, butt implants, huge volume lipo, and penis enlargements. (Note that SRS is substantially more likely to have complications and less likely to achieve a desirable outcome than any of those.)

Exactly. It bears repeating that these women are not just getting layers of skin and a little bit of meat flayed for their rotdog roll-up, but whole chunks of flesh, complete with vessels. The reason their leg gets peeled as well is for a lighter layer of skin to help repair the arm, then the lesser leg wound just gets bandages.
Again: they have to harvest skin from the leg to cover the arm because it's too deeply messed up for a simple bandage.
Poor rotdog outcomes aside, it's even insane to say that any of this alone is ethical. I know sometimes docs take a chip of bone from a rib or whatever to use for cosmetic surgery elsewhere on the body, and that is kinda nuts but it's nothing compared to this.

I wonder if anybody can dig up any statistics on the amputation rate of the limbs that they harvest soft tissue from for the rotdogs? Considering the rates of infection and gangrene we have seen, I would not be surprised if it is more common than people think.

Imagine having to have an entire arm or leg cut off because of graft donor site complications, your rotdog fails, and then you have to have that cut off as well?

Mobile fag and i’m literally about to board a plane but Lee Francis’ arch-nemesis, Chloe Daniel’s, is in India getting his face repeatedly pummelled by a surgeon, a dangerous amount of lipo and teeth shaved down to stumps. He didn’t pass anyway but without the usual bells and whistles looks even more like a bloke. Meaty paws keep coming into shot which is also hilarious. I don't know, I assume it's rare or we would have been heard about it already... Partial loss of use of the arm, I think it's much more common. They all have go through physical therapy to gain usability and mobility of the arm, for some I think they never got their arm full functioning again. At the very least they lose sensation - I heard them mentioning it quite often.
