This approach worked great when the whole Russ thread did it while he was making excuses, lying, and repeatedly delaying the release of his book.

His posts and actions showed he was F5ing the shit out of his thread, and after enough taunting, he finally snapped and bashed out the entire remainder of his literary masterpiece in like a few days.

I believe that refers to the actual electronic system itself. Russ would be filing "by other means"

That was in regards to whether he could sue Russ for defamation, which would be unfruitful as court records are exempt from such suits.

That was in regards of a countersuit. Null confirmed that he decided against it, and that the deadline has passed.

Separately, is it still possible for Null to be awarded legal fees?

It is my understanding that even if the case is thrown out right now, the precedent would stand that the previous verdict on appeal about sec 230 protections would be weakened. Null is doing this to fight that precedent.

Doesn't a SCOTUS petition pause the case in Utah until SCOTUS says yea or nay?

Hypothetically, does that mean Russell DOESN'T miss the deadline even if he has nothing filed today? If SCOTUS turns down the case, can Russell submit the overdue filings with the argument that the SCOTUS petition paused the clock on the final day of the deadline, so he now has until the end of the day SCOTUS declines the case?

If SCOTUS takes the case, does missing the Utah deadlines still hurt Russell? It would be hilarious if the whole SCOTUS case was Clarence Thomas saying "This Court is now in session. Greer missed the deadlines so he automatically loses in the Supreme Court, case dismissed."

They'll never grant certiorari since it involves something as evil as Kiwi Farms, but maybe Josh can frame their acceptance of his petition. You never know. Someone could write a dissent from denial, which would be pretty cool in itself.

SCOTUS is not Woke America. That said they'll probably not grant it. It just doesn't happen. Often.

The very possibility of a Supreme Court case involving the Farms is hilarious though.

And it would not be unique for an utterly reviled entity to be in a SCOTUS case. Anderson v. Liberty Lobby anyone? (That was cited by Randazza in the oral arguments in Rekieta's appellate case yesterday.)

If it goes to the Supreme Court people from all over the country will beg him to represent pro bono, and I will too. However, I'm going to put Hardin and his friend up for it if it comes to that. If they fuck it up and make fair use a death penalty, blame the EFF, I asked them for help first.
